I was after a drive shaft for my Mitsubishi Outlander.
Found a few on ebay and noticed ASM was one of them.
I contacted them and Rob replied very quickly to say they could supply it, no problem. I telephoned him, paid over the phone and received it the next day.
Excellent service.

Just used ASM for the first time and not only am I a very satisfied customer, I wish I had known about them years ago. The price they quoted me was a lot higher than I expected, and there was no messing around when it came to payment time- they actually paid me what they quoted me rather than changing it at the last minute as I've experienced a few times before. Found this company on a Google search to scrap my car. I was a bit wary but they were absolutely brilliant throughout.
They contacted me straight away and were very responsive to emails. My car was picked up within a week with payment the same day and no trying to change the price. They also did all the paperwork to get the road tax refund etc.

Superb service in obtaining a gearbox to replace a broken one on my wife's ford fiesta St. Craig was super helpful and gave 4 options on conditions, mileage etc on gearboxes, shipped it to garage and all worked out brilliantly in the end. So cant fault them for the service, fast delivery and price.

Bought 2 Cat N cars from here, One was ok, Another i bought with my friend had bad structural chassis damage, Maybe some dodgy insurance estimators outhere, Vehicles that should be CAT S being sold as CAT N.
Did get our money back eventually But ASM wanted reviews removed, And we didnt get a late payment fee either, like the late payment Fees ASM charge.
I dont think ASM care about there customers, The car we bought has been relisted with no mention of structural damage, Even after ASM employee agreed it had structural damage.
If you buy at a vehicle from here and you are not happy dont remove from their premises as this is a agreement you are happy with the vehicle, Our car wasnt removed from ASM, If you have it collected and delivered By a 3rd party you wont stand a chance of a refund.

If you are like me , with no expierance in the recycling of cars and become worried about who you are going to deal with when you decide to part with the vehicle you may have had for years. I would like to suggest give this company a call for a quote. I had tried a few companies and they not only offered me the best price, they were extremely friendly, helpful and gave me no pressure to accept thier and then. I took a couple of days before I decided and when I called back they went through the whole process with me answered my questions and organised a date and time window for the cars to be collected. I phoned back a couple of times seeking confirmation on some matters, it certainly seemed it was no bother for them, and were very helpful in steering me in the right direction.
The transport driver arrived on the day, with a call 30 mins before arrival. He was just like those in the office, polite , friendly and very good at his job, taking the vehicles out and putting them on the truck, whilst making sure he met the health and safety rules.
I did not have to deal with any paperwork for DVLA, they did it all and importantly the money for the cars were deposited in my account the next working day.
Overall my experience with ASM was brilliant, with 5 star customer service being provided . Thank you Tracey and all the other staff I dealt with

Very impressive service during the recent collection of my car. I rang the admin team a few times and they were always very pleasant and helpful. on the day of collection the driver was really helpful and considerate.
The process was very smooth and efficient and payment was very prompt. I would have no hesitation in using ASM again. A pleasure to deal with,

We bought car from ASM cat N. Today we found out the car is Cat S.
In the advert they put cat N.. so they lied about the category and also the car is previously cat S.
Absolutely dodgi sellers.

This company is the reason why trust pilot was invented, dodgy dishonest Richard! gives you a price, then changes it, apparently repaired category N affects the scrap value? Why? You are told me your going to scrap it now you tell me you’re going to sell it on! Make your mind up ! He then offers me £500 for an E 39 with at least 2 1/2 g worth of new parts recently fitted, so I accept it I tell him I Have to go away to settle my mum’s estate. He was literally in shock when I accepted the price, his words were and I quote “ Really?” he was that surprised I accepted his derogatory offer, but my mother just died, and I can’t be arsed with stress. !!! I’ll be back in a few weeks I told him.. get back in a few weeks, same crap customer services, can’t get hold of Richard , never answers his mobile, and then gives you a load of rubbish via his secretary. Laura. Phoned up today to say I’m back from Spain now the price of is another 25 quid lower. Charlatans, shysters, dishonest, unreliable, and horrifically, bad customer services. They just don’t give a toss about integrity or honesty.. a truly shady business with shady employees, who are dishonest and rude,..the twin catalytic converters are worth more alone, I don’t need the money and I’m going to scrap this car to another dealer piece by piece rather than let his **** get his hands on it.
