These guys are the best, what a great service purchased some range rover parts from them,

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while and as I promised to do so, I feel obliged. Middle of February I arrange the scrapping of a car, for a family member. Bit daunting as I had never done anything like this before. The whole process worked seamlessly, from registering my wish to do business and the resulting offer from ASM, to the collection and subsequent payment into the bank, the day following collection. First class customer service throughout from the ladies in the office and Jim who collected the vehicle.

Tracey was super helpful and very patient when I was trying to help a friend, who speaks hardly any English, to book in to be collected for recycling. Her advice and knowledge were 10/10. Thank you !!! Highly recommend!! Outstanding customer service!!

These guys are so professional. I ordered a part which turned out to be incorrect. My fault entirely. I requested a return which was dealt with incredibly quickly and my money returned. Would highly recommend this company.

My old panda finally gave up on the roadside just off a round about in a difficult spot - called a few recovery places and non where interested in picking it up - and tbh where pretty cold on the phone.
I ended up on the phone to these guys and what a difference - spoke to an absolute gentleman, lovely bloke - I immediately felt great by just speaking to him lol.
Arranged the pickup - gave me a call when they were on their way so I could meet them, small world but I recognized the driver and had a lovely catch up on the side of the road - took the car no problems and sorted out all the paper work.
This company is a dream come true when your in a pickle.
I would recommend this company all day long - feels like your chatting to your cool uncle on the phone who actually cares about solving your problem.
