When there was a problem with my order, the customer service I received was second to none without any drama. I would definitely use Ashridge again.

First time I've ordered from Ashridge and must say the trees came quickly and very well packed. They were healthy and huge trees! Glad someone else planted them for me.

I orederd bare root beech. The plants were excellent quality, roots moist, plenty of fibrous roots, and all planted now. I’ll make sure to keep well watered in this current dry weather. The communications and advice were helpful; a nice touch was a follow up email to make sure all was well. I've ordered from Ashridge before and they are dependable.

I ordered Clematis Alpina Francis Rivis back in November, and it arrived very promptly, and well packed. Of course, being November, it was really nothing at all to look at, barely more than a few twigs. I planted it, and waited. What a transformation! It's now covered in beautiful young green shoots which are rapidly making their way up the trellis, and it's even got flower buds developing. Thank you, I'm thrilled to bits!

Very pleased with everything from Ashridge Nurseries. I wanted to order a tree to remember my dad who passed away in Dec. I had a couple of trees in mind and Ashridge had them in stock, they were not overpriced so I ordered a wild service tree. It came really quickly and looked lovely and healthy, with new buds coming.
They also supplied a free tree plaque, this was either thrown away with the packaging or it did not get put in, I contacted them by email and they sent me out another without any quibble, unfortunately I had missed out a word on the plaque, so I emailed them again and explained what I had done, I offered to pay for a new plaque but they sent me out another. Tree and plaque are now in the local country park. Thank you for the great tree and amazing service. Lorraine Cook

I find the quality of plants from this Nursery exceptionally good, very good value for money prompt service and well packed healthy plants. the staff and very friendly and efficient such a rare joy to find such professional people.

The stock I ordered was wrapped very carefully and arrived promptly in excellent condition.

I found a very wide range to choose from. The prices are good .Service and delivery was great and the roses and raspberry canes are of excellent quality, delivered efficiently.

Have used before and eveything was fine, so was glad to use again. Bare root beech trees were in good condition. They have now been planted and just awaiting spring!

Unfortunately I only own an iphone6 and do not have a pc.website does not work on my phone just a blank white screen. Customer service was initially helpful in confirming website does not work for me. However when I asked if they could email me a stock list was just sent a link to website which obviously I cannot access! Refused to send stock list in an email or by post. Very disappointed. Presumably as I was not making a large order I am not important enough to bother with. It is a shame many nurseries no longer do paper catalogues. I understand about cost but there is nothing nicer than sitting down in the winter and picking your plants! ( I was interested in fruit plants)

I ordered in the summer 15 sweetbriar bare root hedge whips and a lilac. I was notified they’d be shipped late November but I wasn’t ready for them as I broke my wrist in September and ground wasn’t prepared. I called them to delay delivery until the New year. I also wished to add 2 blackthorn and a native honeysuckle and was advised which one was best. They arrived last week and I have got them all planted. I decided to add more so ordered 2 hazel, hawthorn, a spindle berry and a blackcurrant bush which arrived 3 days later. All now planted and pruned. Very pleased with packaging and quality. Can’t wait to see them grow and hide the railway embankment.

Really excellent customer-focused company. I was concerned about the delivery date but the customer service representative was on it straight away and confirmed delivery within a couple of hours of my order. I’ve just taken delivery of 25 Hornbeam hedge bare root plants with a guarantee to swop plants which don’t take. I might sound a bit too effusive but I am a real customer, just a very impressed one. Might be because I’ve had some truly dreadful dealings with British Gas recently and anything not like them is to be celebrated loudly. 😂

I bought barerooted Scots Pine and Lime from Ashridge recently. This is the first time we’ve used them. The trees arrived quickly and well packed. However, the quality of the trees was fantastic. It was actually motivating to receive trees of this quality….especially when you know that planting on our land is hard work! We will buy from them again.

I have used Ashridge a number of times for trees and native hedging. The plants arrive in very good condition and they do their best to meet specific delivery dates around birthdays etc. The website has good tips for planting too.

Excellent Service from Nursery. Good communication from ordering to delivery, with excellent tips on how to plant. Order dispatched on the 6th received on 7/11. by courier. Rose bushes, bare root, packed individually and roots kept moist, good strong bushes with large root system. Planted 8/11, look well.

I ordered 5kg of daffodil bulbs from Ashridge and when they came the bag was lighter than expected only weighing less than 4.5kg when I asked Ashridge about the reduced weight their reply was that the bag was weighed when the bulbs were lifted and since then they had dried out hence the reduced weight! When we planted them out 14 of the bulbs were of poor quality.

Appalling Experience. The website doesn’t work, ordered over phone , over a month for a few daffodil bulbs. Payment has been taken and no bulbs arrived. Yet more time on the phone, only to find that the payment hasn’t even taken. Useless company.

Excellent customer service, great products that have thrived for almost 5 years now. The package came in good condition on the date they said it would!

I'd have no problems ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone else.

I ordered 3 potted birch trees 2 weeks ago and they arrived the next day. Trees were well packaged and in good condition. They were planted 2 days after receiving them and are doing well. I appreciated the advance information regarding delivery & follow-up email enquiring if the trees are doing well. I would definitely order from this nursery again.
