Horrible carrier service

Horrible carrier service. I paid extra for fast shipping… I think it’s taking even longer than standard shipping. My parcel destination has not been updated in a week???? I would NEVER use this company if I had the choice…. What a joke!!!!!!

Asendia: The Bermuda Triangle of Shipping

Tracking stuck since September 12th. At this point, I’m convinced my package is on a world tour: cruise ship across the Atlantic, camel ride through the Sahara, maybe a quick alien abduction detour. Meanwhile, I’m refreshing the tracking page like it’s a Netflix series with no new episodes.

Asendia doesn’t deliver parcels — they deliver character development. Patience, anger management, existential dread… you get the full package. Shame the actual package is still missing.

Meine Sendung ist nicht da wo sie sein soll

Warte jetzt seit nun mehr als nen Monat auf mein Packet (das laut Verfolgungsnummer schon Bai mir sein soll), Beim Kundenservice erreicht man keinen und die mittlerweile 5 Mails werden wahrscheinlich nicht gelesen anders kann ich mir das nicht mehr vorstellen die s••••ße.

Companies should not use the Assendia service provider

Assendia is not a good service provider they lost the packages and when you want information about your package they don’t respond.

A fuir.

A fuir.
Des incompétents en partenariat avec La Poste.
Incapables de livrer un colis de la taille d'un paquet de clopes dans votre boîte à lettres ou de programmer une réception en main propre un jour spécifié.
Payer des frais de livraison pour finalement devoir se déplacer au centre de tri pour récupérer ce qui rentrait facilement dans la boîte à lettres, ça fait mal aux fesses.

Delivery carrier , Koketso Mazibuko's poor attitude

.I was very disappointed with the delivery service. The carrier showed a poor attitude when delivering my order. He was rude and unprofessional, and did not handle my package with care. He delivered to the wrong address As a customer, I expected respect and basic courtesy. I hope the company addresses this issue and trains their staff to improve communication and customer service in the future.

LIVREUR GREVISTE

En attente de la livraison d'un étui pour mon téléphone ; le livreur est il payé , faisait il grève?
1/ est ce que le mettre dans la boite aux lettres était trop compliqué pour ce livreur?
2/ il parait que j'étais absent ce jour là ; je me permets de lui rappeler que le 18 septembre , jour de grève , j'étais chez moi . Mais c'est trop fatiguant de sonner à l'interphone.
Bref , un livreur certainement en grève.
En grève d'un cerveau.

Pas de suivi fiable avec ASENDIA

Un livre commandé via Amazon et sous-traité par Momox qui n'a jamais été livré par ASENDIA dont le numéro de suivi -colis ne correspond à rien du tout

Unable to get a response from them

We made an order from Boohoo, who are impossible to contact. So we contacted Asendia to try to find out why when we are in the UK they are posting it to Australia. We paid standard postage, and have the correct address on Boohoo. I just can’t understand why they would rather send a parcel to the other side of the world, than reply to our request.

3 Orders 1 Dammaged, 2 Missing

I orderd a few items from a site, they all got sendt form the same place same time, shipped via asendia.
One of them came back to the place I orderd from damamged by asendia, so I had to REOrder what I bought.
The two others are STILL missing, since the tracking NEVER updated, and even today its not updated.

The store did ship these items securely, I been buying from them over years now.
They do not ship items in a plastic bag like other sites does.

I did get my money back so I have to RE Order AGAIN what I was supose to get.

This is NOT the first time this has happend.

What a terrible service, either they lost my packages or someone working there likes stealing people's packages (cause theyr small enough to be pocketed).

What a nice surprie after all the bad…

What a nice surprie after all the bad reviews! My parcel has been handed over to Asenida by USPS in the US.
It took them a week or so to deliver my parcel in Hungary. All in all a happy customer! I didn't chose them, but would definitely use their service in the future...

absolutely horrible

absolutely horrible. i have never had issues with my online store i normally order from until the carrier happened to be asendia. they will delay your shipment and when it finally does ship out, it will say delivery failed even though it is nowhere near my house even though packages from the same brand have been sent here before. not to mention, it’ll stay stuck in the same place forever even if they “attempted” delivery with no updates. if your order gets shipped out by asendia, just cancel it and hope you get another carrier

Disrespectful service

Disrespectful to the time of the costumers; this item should have come today to my house, not even in my country yet. The item departed the USA more than 2 weeks ago and still no signs of the package in my country. In other courriers I had it in less than a week in my country from the USA. I sent them a mail and they only replied with the same thing the tracking said, totally useless and didn't even answered the last mail sent.

Pakete werden gestohlen aus unerfindlichen Gründen an den Versender zurückgeschickt oder nicht mehr weitertransportiert . Hoffentlich unternimmt Ebay mal etwas gegen diese S....ß Firma !!

My parcel is still in transit after 23 days going from USA to UK. AMS0040261. No satisfactory reply from asendia. They did not provide local delivery partner tracking detail.

vielleicht bekomme ich ja hier eine Antwort. 2 Emails waren bis jetzt erfolglos!
Ich warte auf eine Sendung die aus Asien kommt. Laut Trackingnummer befindet sich diese seit 12 Tagen bereits im Inland!!!
Bitte senden sie mir (hier) einen Kontakt, eine Emailadresse oder Telefonnummer die funktioniert.
Es kann nicht sein, das eine Sendung die sich bereits im Inland befindet 3x länger dauert als der komplette Weg um die halbe Welt.
Ich benötige die Bestellung DRINGEND in der kommenden Woche und dachte eigentlich das ich rechtzeitig bestellt habe!!!
