ArtBeads order fulfillment is poor
I live in Canada, but was going to be visiting a friend in the US, (only about 30 miles from Artbead's offices) so placed an order and asked for the shipping address to be my friend's address. I heard nothing from them for 8 full days, after placing the order, and all of a sudden they wrote to me to ask me to verify that I was using 2 separate addresses - - one for billing and one for shipping.
Because they waited 8 days to contact me after I placed the order, there was no way that it would arrive in time for me to get it and take it home.
I had to cancel the order. How can they just sit on new orders for 8 days??????
