Left stranded with the bus never actually arriving at the set destination.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from this agency. The bus that me and my friends were supposed to take did not show up at all. After waiting for the bus for 15 minutes at the station, I reached out to their call centre and they informed me that the bus in question would arrive in 20 minutes. The bus did not arrive even after those 20 minutes had passed and I ended up leaving the station with my friends after waiting for an hour and a half in total. The agency never apologised to us for basically leaving us stranded without an available mode of transport. I had to call a family member to come pick us up which was extremely inconvenient at the time. I finally was able to reach the agency via telephone today, 6 days after the incident. They were unavailable during those 6 days and I tried to get through to them multiple times. The person I ultimately reached today said there was nothing that they could do, that it wasn’t their fault and that the only thing I can do right now is file a complaint if I’m disappointed with the service.

Very meh experience
Their buses and trips are not bad, but then, a few negative points:
- booked several trips, always arrived between 1h and 4h30 late
- luggage fee is a bit random and depends on the driver's mood. Had to pay for a small bag, even though I had a second empty seat booked. Also they only accept only cash for it, and ATMs at the Zagreb station are crooks. Ended up paying 18€ for a small bag, more than the seat. Would be much better to be able to know / pay online
- difficult to change the language in the app
Would book with flixbus or crnja tours if given the choice.
