I am really disappointed in this company. I ordered the phytokeratin to add protein to my curly hair products. I got in touch with them to say that although the product is good, the bottle is totally unfit for purpose as you can’t control how much comes out. It will be dropping out quite well, then all of a sudden gush out, wasting both the product you’re mixing it with and the phytokeratin itself. The response I received was unsatisfactory, basically telling me to measure it out using jewellers scales. Yes, like I have them in my cupboard! And that is no solution to the fact it gushes out the bottle. I then suggested that a dropper bottle would be a better idea, trying to help them out, and they sent me a link to pipettes to purchase on their website!!

I also complained that the shelf life is very short and their response was that I could have contacted them before I ordered to check the shelf life! As if I would do that when I’m not even aware that it has a shelf life! Such bad customer service.

The most disappointing thing, which shows me that this company is untrustworthy and deceptive, is the fact that I wrote a 3 star review on their website. It hasn’t appeared, despite me doing it 3 times now! So they’re only showing the positive reviews on their website which surely isn’t allowed?!!

A little bit overpriced, otherwise great products!

I have been ordering from Aromantic for a while now and I haven’t been disappointed so far!they have a fantastic team always very eager to help,their products are excellent and good value for money, considering those kinds of products aren’t cheap at the first place .they dispatch extremely quickly and don’t use plastic wraps bubble in their packaging!
They have a very informative website full of resources .
They are my first choice when I need to order my supplies and other products as I trust they will do their best to make their customers happy!

I used to be a huge Neals Yard fan but more recently have found them to have become expensive and over-commercialised. I was really pleased to discover Aromantic and have now placed several orders with them. They have loads of useful ideas and inspiration on their website and offer a brilliant selection of good quality products at a very reasonable price (often much cheaper than Neals Yard). The service is great and products have always been dispatched very quickly. I am definitely converted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I would say they have good quality products, shipping was fast however package arrived damaged (mix of Royal Mail service and bad packaging), customer service is also up to standard.
Their web is informative and easy to navigate however for some strange reason, you cannot register, sign up or login.
Make sure you check the quantity before buying as things may appear cheaper but you really get less.
They are a serious company but their prices are quite steep which makes me buy there just once in a while.. and I bought there because of the first time buyer discount.
Maybe they should get some type of discount (student for example) or regular customer prices (am not saying wholesale).

Fantastic shop where you find there everything you need and even more you can find. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and owner. Fantastic and helpful service. I recommend to everyone.

I forgot to enter my 10% discount code when I checkout out, I spent nearly a hundred quid, £10 saving would have been welcome. I emailed customer services that very moment that the order went through (that I made it). There was a Christmas break, and had on their site that they would return on the 4th Jan and that no orders would be processed until then (fair enough), but on the 5th one of the customer services representatives replied to say sorry but it cannot be amended after an order had been processed (usually that means fully put through and shipped), the order wasn’t processed until the 6th as I had an email, and customer services waited a day to respond which I feel is rather shady. I won’t be using them again unless I need a product that I really cannot find elsewhere. I was offered another 10% code as an alternative but that’s really not good enough as normally, customer services are more forthcoming in helping new and potentially loyal customers, unless I spend a further £50.00 my discount will be swallowed up in postage fees. I deducted a star for each of the points I felt I’d been let down on.

Offering a full range of ingredients makes Aromantic a formulators dream shop. Great customer service, speedy postage, reasonably priced and well packed items make for an easy and stress free shopping experience.
