Friendly & Fast!
I've used Archers on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 years and they have been outstanding every time! Their team is so friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. They have previously helped us with silverfish and mice prevention. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to Valerie who has been a great help organising the visits over the last 2 years and also to Mario who inspected our property today and was an immense help and super friendly. Archers Pest Control team was responsive and helpful
Archers Pest Control team was responsive and helpful. They explained how they can help us with our rodent problem. Having worked out where the rodents were entering our property, we booked them for a drain survey. It turned out that they couldn't fulfil the drain survey on the first visit so they came back for a second visit with an extra person. They stuck to their original quote which we appreciated. They are obviously quite busy as it took them a little while to send the survey recording and report but we are happy overall.

Archers Pest Control were great! Liviu was not only very effective and efficient but he was very informative, which was needed as a first time renter in London. He took his time to ensure that all the holes were covered across my entire flat, guaranteeing no more mice!

Fantastic professional company
Archers did a great job of dealing with a wasps nest in our loft. They are very professional, reassuring and good to deal with. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would really recommend them and will definitely use again if necessary.

Really quick response to initial enquiry (in contrast to some other firms I contacted at same time).
Very good communications and information.
Very good service - the guys who attended explained the process clearly and were polite and trustworthy.
We have now had our second visit and the problem appears to be sorted although the company said they would attend again at no extra cost if the problem persists.
Very fair price.
