Fantastic
I am absolutely over the moon with my new bespoke sofa from Arabella Designs. Chris was incredibly helpful from start to finish, spending time discussing design and fabric options with me, and also following up with me both before and after delivery. The workmanship and quality of the sofa is amazing. It is stunning. Massive thanks to Chris and the team!

I have just taken delivery of my second…
I have just taken delivery of my second sofa from Arabella Designs. After receiving my first sofa and being so happy with the whole experience and finished product, I asked Chris if he could design and make me something bespoke which would fit with the specific idea I wanted for our kitchen/family room.
Once again the service was fantastic, great communication during the full process and nothing was too much trouble. The finished sofa surpassed my expectations and is beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend Arabella Designs to friends or family.

We purchased an ex display sofa from Chris. Right from the start he answered any questions we had very quickly even answering his phone whilst on holiday (we didn’t know). I would definitely buy from him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks for a honest and open purchase.

100% recommend!
Great company to deal with, Chris was very communicative from start to finish, he kept us up to date with timeframes which were extremely fast! He was so helpful when we were deciding on measurements and material etc, gave us all the info to make the right decision and even made some suggestions as to what would work best, which was much appreciated! The quality is everything we would have hoped for and would 100% recommend using this business if you are looking for a luxury bespoke sofa!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, had my chair reupholstered and Paul really listened to my requirements and advised where I needed a little help. Will definitely be using again for any further projects. Finished product is beautiful, communication was great and the process was smooth and hassle free. Thanks guys!!
