Great customer service to re-cover my Sofa. Looks brand new
My Camerich sofa was 10yrs old and had faded from being in a lot of UV light. Having changed the glass roof of the room I wanted to recover the sofa. Camerich customer services were exceptional especially Dereece in sorting out new covers, fitting and honouring a credit note issued when i bought it 10yrs ago. The sofa is now looking brand new and we are extremely happy. Thank you

I’m a returning customer of Camerich, and once again, I’ve had a fantastic experience! A special mention has to go to Sabrina, who made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Great service in the showroom
The service and sofa selection at Camerich was excellent, and Ishraq in the Tottenham Court Road showroom provided comprehensive support & explanation of the sofa bed I was interested in. I went back the following day and she guided me through the purchase process, and ensuring that my requirements in terms of sofa customisation and delivery are being met.

Absolutely brilliant service provided…
Absolutely brilliant service provided by Dereece, a total asset to the firm. Was dealt with incredibly well and professionally from the very start. Great products and service overall. They also made sure that I was updated throughout the process and no task or query was too small. I was also offered a significant deal and I cannot recommend Camerich and Dereece enough. Would definitely want to buy more furniture from them.

A particular thank you to Ishraq at the Tottenham Court Road showroom, who was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. There was no sales pressure, and Ishraq took the time to talk through the different configurations, dimensions and practical considerations, which was especially useful when considering room layout and access requirements.
The showroom experience was relaxed, questions were answered clearly, and communication was straightforward throughout. Buying a sofa is a significant purchase, so it was reassuring to receive thoughtful advice and enough time to make a decision.
Overall, a smooth experience and good customer service. We would happily return to Camerich in the future.

Excellent range of furniture. Quality is extremely good; comparable to some of the leading Italian brands. We ordered a couch, TV unit, mirror and bedroom couch.

I had a Camerich sofa in a previous…
I had a Camerich sofa in a previous flat and needed buy one for my new flat. I reached out and Bade was immediately responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent the time understanding the room, dimensions, helping to design and make recommendations. We had an excellent experience with Camerich from start to finish. The showroom is beautifully presented, and the service we received was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Outstanding customer service
We were very happy with the service we received from Cambridge and in particular Lexi the showroom manager at Tottenham Court Road. Camerich have an excellent range of sofas and Lexi skilfully provided us with all the details and inside knowledge about measurements, composition of the sofa, colours and various other combinations. It really was a faultless experience - so much so that we ended up buying a sofa from them with a lovely selection of cushions to go with in it various fabrics, as well as a new dining table. All in all a very very good experience with Camerich and Lexi who was amazing.

I recently ordered a sofa from Camrich, and the whole ordering experience was excellent. Lexi Stoklosa was incredibly helpful throughout the process — she clearly explained the options available within my budget, helped me secure the best possible deal, and responded to every enquiry extremely quickly, even on a Sunday.
The communication was prompt, professional and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I’m now really looking forward to receiving the sofa, but based on the ordering experience alone, I’m very impressed.

Our son bought a Camerich Sofa in 2016
Our son bought a Camerich Sofa in 2016. It now resides in Toronto and despite it's travels looks as good as new.
On his recommendation we are buying a similar sofa, due in the next 6 weeks. Our experience of dealing with Lexi at Camerich has been exceptional. Nothing has been to much trouble, from sending sample fabric swatches to advising on the best model to order.

We bought 4 dining chairs from the…
We bought 4 dining chairs from the Tottenham Court Road branch. We had a lot of help from Lexi, choosing the leather and colours. She was very patient and the team in general in the shop were very pleasant. The chairs were delivered on time by very helpful anf careful couriers (too much plastic wrapping though - it would be nice if whoever deals with that could sort that out.)
The chairs are so comfortable!
