We had some issues with our original Umrah booking and flight schedule, which left us disappointed, but Mohammed Sheryar from Aqdas Travel stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He was calm, polite, and professional, and kept in touch throughout our trip to make sure all was well.

Our Makkah hotel was our own choice and as expected, no issues there. The Madinah hotel was arranged by Aqdas Travel — not quite a 5-star, more of a 4-star, but the location was excellent, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque and outstandingservice (see my hotel review on TripAdvisor).

The transport Sheryar arranged was excellent — very smooth and professional. Everything went perfectly, Alhamdulillah, and we truly enjoyed our spiritual journey.

Always helping me out even when i thought i couldnt make it to umrah exspecially sister called muskan

Atif was very helpful and patient while assisting me with my Umrah trip plans. Although I didn’t end up choosing the package he recommended as it was a bit beyond my budget, I really appreciated his time, professionalism, and clear communication

I had the best experience Alhumdulillah. Everything was catered to and very attentive. Even after landing in Saudi Arabia, Muhammed Shehryar was on hand till the moment I departed from Madinah. From flight , check in, to check out I had him guiding and helping. Everything was smooth and definitely worth the value. Much much recommended.

Alhamdollah, we had an easy journey to Umrah. Atif was very helpful and professional. He offered to match any offers I get and helped obtain my mum visa as she isn’t British. By the way, I applied for mums visa online and was rejected but with this agency it took about a week and she got it first time she applied. Overall, it’s a great experience with limited budget. Mr MALIK has been very helpful in arranging the Umrah package everything was done as we asked for from the choice the hotels to train transportation from Medinah to Makkah, also the drivers were in contact all the time for Ziyarat & airport pick & drop no delays at all.

Lovely service by brother Sheryar in my recent journey for Umrah, as going for the first time, to me personally this brother has provided enough guidance and information to make sure my stay, flight, transport and distance to the holy sight all meet the requirements. Plus even in my stay both Makkah and Medina through online, he has provided support and asked for any queries that needed to be sorted, so his availability throughout any time of the day was top notch. Really appreciate and loved the overall experience.
