A Gateway to Comprehensive Psychological Therapy Skills.
My journey with the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT) has been nothing short of transformative, encompassing a wide array of courses, including CFT, DBT, RAID, and CBT Levels 1 through 5, with plans to pursue SFT further to complete my Diploma in Psychological Therapy L4. This extensive training has enhanced my capabilities as a therapist and deeply enriched my approach to client care.
APT's training programmes are meticulously designed to cater to the evolving needs of practising therapists. Each course is structured to not only impart theoretical knowledge but also to provide practical tools that can be seamlessly integrated into daily practice. Whether it was my initial forays into Compassion-Focused Therapy, which I began while working as a Reiki healer a few years back before I became a PCT counsellor or the more complex realms of DBT and specialised CBT techniques, APT's courses have significantly broadened my therapeutic repertoire.

Excellent training package
The content of the training (CBT for psychosis) was really well put together, helpful and informative. The delivery was also excellent, a really experienced trainer that used lots of real examples and case studies to help apply the knowledge. Definitely a course that I will able to apply to my practice. Good quality and value for the money I felt.
