Review for CBT Essentials Level 2 Course
This was an excellent course. It was well-structured and well explained with lots of useful resources. The anecdotal style of the presenter made the course more engaging, as well as easier to access and recall. I look forward to using these techniques with the young people I support in my job and have shared key strategies with my colleagues. Trauma-Focused CBT
This (Trauma-Focused CBT, for all ages) was great! It was comprehensive, applicable, and intense. It captured just how challenging treating people with PTSD is, and highlighted the awesome responsibility we have as practitioners as we work with patients with PTSD. I will refer to this course often as I work with adults and children with PTSD. It is an invaluable resource.

DICES training
Having completed the DICES training again after more than three years, it was a fantastic refresher that provided updated and relevant insights into risk assessment. The content was practical and engaging, and I can see great potential for implementing the DICES framework in my work setting. It’s given me new tools and a deeper understanding, which will certainly enhance my approach to managing risk and making informed decisions. Highly recommended for anyone in the field.

I attended a DBT skills course with…Chloe Walker
I attended a DBT skills course with APT. I found the tutor, Chloe Walker to be very kind and compassionate in her delivery and thought the information was incredible valuable to my line of work. I specifically work in learning disabilities, and Chloe specifically found DBT adapted resources for learning disabilities that could support our teams. I would highly recommend this course!

Motivational Interviewing and how to use it effectively.
The course was so relevant to my role as a Peer Support Worker. I realised I was doing MI in my role without knowing it but it was so helpful to get some deeper understanding of the impact you can have with what seem simple, common sense questions and allowing space for people to talk.
Laura was engaging and I would recommend this course to everyone in my MDT.
