We had an initial online meeting with Paul King, which was very relaxed and informative. We decided to proceed with the company and made an appointment for the next meeting. Paul asked us to pay the fee and confirm our wishes, which we were quite happy to do. Paul said that in the meantime if we had any questions we could contact him. Because a lot of information was given to us at the initial meeting and it's very hard to think of everything "on the fly", I decided to do some Due Diligence. As a result of that I emailed Paul and asked him some questions. I got a return email saying that they could no longer work with us as we had lost trust in the company! On a positive note our fees were returned immediately.
