Since my wife and I have been with April King since 2020, we thought it was time to review our Wills & Codicils.

We arranged a telephone meeting with Ben Quayle for an arranged day and time and I'm pleased to say Ben rung exactly at the time arranged. Prior to this meeting, I was sent messages to confirm this so there was no chance of missing the appointment.

Even though we had made our Will's and Codicils previously with AK, there were questions that we had around our Codicils.

I'm pleased to say Ben really impressed us with his friendliness, helpfulness, honesty and knowledge of all the issues concerning us. The whole process, whilst being quite complicated, turned out to be reassuring and we are now confident that our wishes regarding both our Codicils will be fulfilled, plus the small amendments to our Will's.

We have been really impressed with AK, but a special mention must go to Ben Quayle, it was a pleasure speaking with him.

We wouldn't go anywhere else if we were looking to make a Will, a first class service from a first rate company.

We have used April King previously and on this occasion they were every bit as good as the last. I cannot praise them highly enough. Ben was very professional and answered all our questions perfectly.

Disappointing - very attentive and good service but dropped like a hot coal once we paid and still wouldn’t know if they’ve received our wills to store unless I had emailed. Told it was going through audit so presume that is still going on or they just haven’t informed us it has finished. Product good, after we tidied it up and even then there are still errors in layout, but the service not worth the considerable cost.

Have had wills in place for many years now but needed to review due to changing circumstances. Our consultant,Ben, was incredibly knowledgeable and we knew that we had to have new wills written. Following an intense and detailed look at our situation, we instructed Ben to complete the task with all the safeguards in place to protect our estate. Extremely happy with the advice given, a lot of which we were not aware of, and feel happy that we have made the best possible choices to protect our children and grandchildren.

Deanna took time to explain how the will we were interested in would work. Answered any questions clearly. The technology was easy to use so we didn't miss out by not meeting face to face. Admin was very efficient and we are satisfied that we will have a will that better protects our family. Not the cheapest but feel the cost is justified and reasonable.

My meeting with April King went well however I asked for them to send over a copy of my documents and this hasn't been received. I'm not happy I will need to chase.
