First we had unexpected issues with our technology but this was sorted out calmly and with great patience. When we discussed possibilities for updating our wills the legal situation was explained very clearly and the process outlined in detail. The handler assigned was very helpful and professional but the process drives the client forward too quickly. This leaves the client feeling a little vulnerable as they have nothing other than the telephone video to rely. I can only await the T&C’s and hope the content aids understanding.

Saw the tv adverts about estate management in the event of death and thought we ought to find out about it. Contacted April King and was lead through the whole process by Deanna Parsons who explained everything literally paragraph by paragraph in a number of video calls.
