When looking for a vehicle, I was referred to Approval Genie by my ex wife. I was looking for a vehicle for six months not knowing what to pick. Approval Genie employees asked me what I was interested in. They helped me narrow it down to one vehicle. And they went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. They are clear and very understanding and only want what’s best for their customers. The vehicles they sell are safe and top notch vehicles. I am very pleased with my purchase and very pleased with the customer service. I thanked my ex wife for the referral. Do I trust these people? Yes! Would I go back to them if I needed another vehicle? Absolutely!

They told me I was approved then they told there was nothing they could do I accept that but then they keep calling me and ask me if I still want a loan complet bs I keep telling them not to keep calling me it's harassment

I bought a car from this company I was told I would keep the car for one year and then I would get my desired vehicle. That was from 2023 and it’s now 2026 and I am still stuck with this car. The car was a high interest loan when I ask I was told no worries I will keep the car for only a year. The car had accidents I was not told I ask and I was told no so there and then I got rip of by the this company. After the one year had pass I call the guy up and I am ready to change the car I was told I can’t do this so fast and every week is a different story I got really piss off let me just this car and every time I call the company to talk to the sales person he is not answering his phone and when I call the company and got through to him he promised to call back and that never happened so for me this company is rip off

Staff Mr. Saif is friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions promptly. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt supported from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Once again, Thank you Mr. Saif, its been 7 mos. that we're using the car and we didn't experience any glitches or malfunction. We got the good used car ( Toyota SUV).
