Service is not greatest they say they can do something for ya but there just like a car dealership or even worse

Jennifer at the Ottawa branch was fantastic from the beginning. I sent so many emails asking questions and she answered everyone of the quickly and patiently. She is amazing and will surely send people to purchase a vehicle Thru her. I’ve been quite impressed with everything since my first email sent to the end of picking up my dream vehicle. The staff member handling my application, Jennifer Hill, was MORE than friendly and courteous, she'd gone out of her way to ensure that I could be placed into a vehicle within a 2 week period.

purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV from Approval Genie, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very disappointing. At the time of purchase, Mr. Bilal acknowledged the scratches on the vehicle door and promised they would be fixed once the purchase process was completed.

It has now been over three months, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no response to my calls or messages. The lack of communication and follow-through has made the entire experience very frustrating and unpleasant.

I expected much better customer service and accountability after making such a significant purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Approval Genie to others
