The car I received was filthy dirty...I was promised a $1000 after a year of not missing any payments never happened n was promised upgrade after first year never happened

What made my experience at Approval Genie one to remember is there seemingly genuine attitude toward getting me the car i wanted and the service there was excellent they ask if you want water tea or coffee and the business of the matter is top knotch and quick, they get on things right away so you can get on the road and not miss a beat. I appreciate the guys there especially my personal broker . Kudos to Approval Genie and the staff .

At first I was skeptical,I really was but let me tell you these guys are SUPER LEGIT!!! All these other places promise to help you but give you the run around but man am I happy with how things turned out at Approval Genie.My rates were lowered and I got the car I wanted which is even better than what we discussed...Kokilal helped me & he's a super nice guy.I highly approve of this place,should have came here sooner.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Approval Genie.

After purchasing my vehicle, I discovered damage that was never disclosed before delivery. I was promised the scratches would be repaired, but despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done. I was also promised the ownership documents and a second key after completing my down payment, yet months later I still have not received them.

I sent a formal complaint requesting that these issues be resolved, but my concerns have been ignored. To make matters worse, the email address I was given for one of their representatives was invalid, making it even more difficult to get any response.

A dealership's reputation is built on honesty, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I expected them to honor the commitments they made at the time of sale, but instead I have been left frustrated and without a resolution.

I hope Approval Genie takes customer complaints seriously and addresses these outstanding issues. Until then, I cannot recommend doing business with them based on my experience.

When buy my vehicle. I got it with a damaged rim. I was told i was going to get it replaced . Its been over 5 months now and i havent gotten it replaced and when i try to reach out to get an update on when im getting it replaced, they haven’t responded. As of now im still waiting for a response. This just shows the poor serivce they provide and how poor thier staff manage these issues
