These guys are not providing second key as deal required. Now I have to buy one because they don't respond to calls $600.

Il ont vendu une voiture 4x4 a ma fille aui est pas 4x4 et qui en un mois ete 4 fois au garage et que la prochaine etape on va demander lannulation du contrat

Amazing People!!

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-90 from Approval Genie. Overall, I’m happy with the vehicle itself, and I appreciate the effort that went into getting everything finalized.

However, the communication throughout the delivery process could have been better. There were multiple occasions where I was given a delivery date, only to be informed the following day that the vehicle had not yet arrived. While I understand that delays can happen due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, clearer and more consistent updates would have made the experience much smoother and less frustrating.

That said, I’m satisfied with the final outcome and the vehicle I received. With improved communication and more accurate timelines, the overall customer experience would be excellent. For that reason, I’m giving 4 stars.

Today, is my lucky day. For only one week I was able to be approved for a car finance . Although, my score was not good at all.
But, Mr. Jeremy went through my process and provided an excellent result.
