It took some months to get my application approved, but it was worth the wait for the installation. Even with the last-minute cancellation, the team arrived promptly on the rescheduled date. Enormous job-changing out a 25-year-old system, great engineers. My only complaint is they left some of the old pipes behind; otherwise, I'm very pleased.
