I sent a message to their email address, but it's not there. Also, the points awarded for completed surveys are still under review, contrary to what they claim—that they are immediate.

To clarify, SurveyX does not instantly cash out every completed survey before review. Rewards from completed surveys may first go through a quality review process to confirm that the survey response meets the requirements of our research partners. Once the points are approved and become redeemable, we process eligible rewards as quickly as possible.

We understand that the wording around “immediate” rewards may have caused confusion, and we will review how we communicate this more clearly on our platform. If you contacted us by email and did not receive a response, please contact us again through our support channel so we can check your account and the status of your points.

Just starting but every question is…

Just starting but every question is followed by long adds. And the interface doesn't look genuine.
Read a review on lodpost calling it a scam, it seems to fit the description of the review.
Lastly, it doesn't pay like the other reviews I saw.

We’d like to clarify one point: the Lodpost article you mentioned appears to refer to a different product called “Survey X,” which describes an energy-points app with a very high withdrawal requirement. That is not how SurveyX.ai works. SurveyX.ai offers real online surveys, and users can withdraw once they reach the minimum payout threshold of $1.

That said, we take your concerns seriously. If you experienced too many ads, confusing survey redirects, or any issue with payment, please contact us at [contact@surveyx.ai]with your registered email so we can review your case directly.

Tried SurveyX recently after using a few other survey sites.

The $1 minimum payout is definitely a nice feature. I tested a withdrawal and it came through within a few hours, which is faster than most platforms.

Only downside is there aren't a huge number of surveys yet, but it's still a newer site so that might improve over time.
