The company is a scam. The images of clothes are fake. The products are shipped from China and look cheap and nothing similar to images.

The blazer looks smart and well tailored. I had to exchange for a smaller size. Returns were straightforward, though it took a few days.

Boots are proper comfortable from day one. No break in needed which is rare tbh. Been using them daily and they hold up well.

Ordered the sweater mainly for casual wear but it actually looks pretty put together. Feels soft straight out the box, no stiffness. Color was a bit darker than online tho but still good.

I got the set thinking it’d be just okay but it’s actually really flattering. The fabric has that soft but structured feel which I like. It doesn’t cling weirdly and still looks polished. Came quicker than expected too.

Delivery took a long time - the item delivered was nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered a dress and the one that was delivered had no back in it. At 57 years old -- I wouldn't be wearing a dress with not back in it. I requested a return - they asked for a photo - then nothing - I have chased up 4 times since and no response whatsoever. Very poor customer service and a waste of money. Will probably try to sell on Vinted.

This one’s just easy. Throw it on and you’re good. No overthinking.

This company and products are rubbish had a ladies coat 3 weeks delivery and coat was absolutely rubbish and returns are rubbish don’t buy anything from this source

tHE BLAZER FITS SHARP WITHOUT FEELING TIGHT WHICH IS RARE. mATERIAL FEELS DURABLE AND STITCHING LOOKS NEAT. i’VE BEEN WEARING IT MORE THAN i THOUGHT i WOULD. dELIVERY WAS SLIGHTLY DELAYED BUT NOTHING SERIOUS.

Dont buy from them because they’re totally scammers. Youre going to regret it .

Wasn’t sure about this at first but it grew on me. Fit is balanced, not too slim not too loose. Fabric feels decent and holds shape through the day. came in clean packaging too so all good

To all potential buyers. please do not buy from this site. I put my hands up and made the mistake. The quality is very poor on all the goods and the returns policy is simply unobtainable. If you have been bitten by the company, report it to your bank and they will reclaim your costs for supply of goods not fit for purpose.

I ordered two dresses in medium sizes . In the UK I am a standard size and fit a size 10/12 in all purchases from a variety of UK sellers.
The purchases was made on 4th March 2026 and delivered on 22nd March 2026. Both dresses could not be done up around my torso as they appeared to have a triangular piece of material missing.
I immediately informed the company who offered me replacement of a new size at costs of manufacture and delivery. However, it was the cut of the dresses which are not standard, therefore if I pursued this option, I would be left with two more dresses that also didn't fit me so I asked for a full refund.
I was then offered a 15% goodwill refund, keeping the dresses. As the dresses cost nearly £67 and were of poor quality and fit, I requested a full refund.
I was told I needed to return the items using a tracked service. Although I had several emails from Daina and Hannah at no time was I given any other advice on how to complete an international return.
I returned the dresses using British Mail tracked service which cost me £15.10.
I have followed the tracking service and today (14th April) says the items are being returned to sender from customs as they do not have the relevant information.
I am going to be £81.83 out of pocket with two dresses that are of no use to me.

This blazer surprised me in a good way. The fit is clean and flattering without feeling too office only. I’ve worn it both to work and out for dinner. Fabric feels way better than I expected honestly.

Ordered a blazer. £40 with voucher.
The picture looked stunning, tweed like , gold buttons. I received a polyester see through peice of cloth, cut into the shape of a blazer. I burst out laughing, it was so hideous. I have requested to return and for them to refund money asap. Wish me luck.

This coat just works. It’s warm but doesn’t feel bulky at all which I love. Wore it out once and already got asked where it’s from.

Sizing guide was actually accurate for once. Fits well and doesn’t feel cheap. Happy with it.

My journey with Zarrachi started on the 27th of February when I saw an advert on Facebook for some great looking men's shorts. Priced at £35 a pair with free UK delivery. I ordered two pairs. Well, after 20 or so emails the parcel arrived on the 26th of March. In the pictures of the shorts they looked quite good quality, unfortunately the reality is very different. The material was very thin, both pairs only weighed 500g. I ordered medium 2 pairs and ended up with 1 medium and 1 large.
The real fun began when I asked to return the shorts. I was offered a 15% refund and told to keep the shorts, no return address was offered, I refused. Next day 20% was offered, still no return address, I refused. Next day 25% was offered and a return address in the Netherlands. I was informed that the return postage was my responsibility and it must be tracked. Off to the post office I went, £15 later, the shorts, all 500g of them, were on their way.
Well I thought that was the end of the matter, no such luck. The parcel was stopped by customs and there is a fee of €37 to release it.
I've decided to give in. 😌
What ever you do, don't ever buy anything from Zarrachi, you'll end up like me, defeated and miserable. 🤢

Don’t bother ordering - wish I’d read reviews first

I ordered two identical maxi dresses (one size 8 the other 10) in a gold colour, with a zip up back. I have been sent two dresses that are both a small size 8, mid calf in length, cream, and backless. The latter being the greatest problem, as I can’t wear a backless dress to a daytime work event. Returning is a going to cost me and yet the error was not mine. Dresses cost £45 each - I expected much better service.

Delivery also very slow, returns are to China.

The cardigan is super soft and not itchy at all. It layers nicely without looking bulky. Packaging was simple but everything came perfect so no issues there.
