I bought a dress that took almost a month to delivered. When it finally arrived, it was a joke of a dress. I told them that l will be returning the dress as it was late and not to good standard. They told me for the return process to start l will have to take photos of the dress, which l did. They said that l could keep the dress and have a 15% goodwill refund. I said no to this as l did not want to keep the ugly dress. It increased to 20% when l told them l did not want the dress. She said postage will be my responsibility and it will bea lot of money and process could be too much, They did not want the dress back and they made sure of it. WHY ARE THEY STILL ON THE INTERNET, SCAMMERS TO THE FIRST DEGREE. I ended up with 25% and Athens dress is in the bin as l have respect for people and didn't want to put it in the charity bag.

Unsatisfactory return policy. Low quality fabric. Item looks hand made in a less than optimal factory. No tags on clothing at all, not even care tags.

I ordered a dress for my niece’s wedding back in June 10th and is almost August and I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN IT DELIVERED! And there’s no real communication no emails no phone number no contact with them! I have to report it to my credit card who’s looking into it!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. My order took over 2 months to receive and the dress was supposed to be for my wedding reception!!! THEN when I FINALLY received the dresses they HORRIBLE quality, not as pictured, and then when I tried to get a refund they held my money hostage only giving me a partial refund!!! They are CROOKS and I am on my way to writing a review on every website I can find! PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Wish I checked reviews before ordering. I ordered on the 20th of February 2025. Today is 5th March and they have not yet prepared my order. Not very good is it

I wouldn't even leave one star but had to leave one to enable typing here - the dress I received is a poor very very poor copy of what they advertised, outrageous to be treated like this as customer, the dress wasn't cheap, but they sent me very cheap poor version of what was advertised. Tying in the back is completely different, the zip is on the side instead of a back, the dress was supposed to have a corset and there is no corset... And the volume of a skirt if twice less... Honestly I am so outrageous that something else was sold to me and somethibg else was sent to me

They sent me the wrong color item and material for both blouse were not the what was shown in the picture.

I ordered a dress in royal blue. The dress arrived in black looked like a rag.i have 3 beautiful black dresses so I didn't need another one.in total with exchange rate and bank fees it nearly doubled. They would not accept it was them who made the mistake even though I sent everything they required the plastic bag it came in even said Blue.The quality was shocking.it will end up in the rubbish bin.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I NEVER RECIEVED MERCHANDISE AND THEY CLAIMED MY ADDRESS WAS WRONG. I SENT MY CORRECT ADDRESS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SCAMMED ME. WE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH WITH NON VALID EXCUSES, UNPROFFESIONAL. DON'T BUY !!! SCAM !!! A NON SCRUPULOUS 'COMPANY' THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!

Quality is bad, delivery time is terrible. They don't want any items to be return

I bought things in September up to now l have never received any because they failed to write my address properly according to Royal mail. I emailed my proper address again but till now
I email But no one have resolved my problem.
I'm willing to pay for shipping if you resend my things if not please do a refund

Terrible quality
The pants had a hole in the seam where it wasn’t even stitched properly and the general finish is very cheap and nasty

I ordered 2 dresses in June. Received the first one after 5 weeks and was shocked of what I saw. The colour was nice he same as the picture but that’s about all.
The quality of the dress was very cheap and bad finishes. Also the length on the picture looked below the knee but the dress was actually a lot shorter above the knee and I am a short person .
The material its so cheap and thin you could see through. Its like an undercoat. This dress is gone straight to the bin as is not wearable. I don’t trust to order anything on line again that is not from Australia.

Quality of product was terrible nothing like the picture. When emailed regarding refund gave such a hard time. Customer service is terrible. Would never buy from them again.

I ordered an outfit on May 6. It took almost 7 weeks to get it.The picture they used on Zaruci was the same picture of the outfit sold by Laura Canada and it was even the same model. I ordered the outfit in navy blue from Laura Canada so I could compare the two outfits I wanted the outfit in green for my daughter's and Laura didn't sell green in my size. The outfit from Zaruci is huge. It is cheap looking and flimsy and what was supposed to be beading around the neck is cheap rhinestones. I asked for a refund but I am not prepared to pay a fortune to ship it back.

the dress in the picture looked perfect, I ordered number 38 and gray color, and they sent me the wrong number and in white color.
After that, they tease me by e-mail for 7 days and do not let me return the dress, EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE.
I'll include my lawyer. Really rude to consumers

I have placed an online order from Zaruci, finding the dresses beautiful on the photos.
When receiving them though, despite the quality being good, the sizing was completely off and I had to return everything.
That's when it became a problem!
Communication team is either overwhelmed or understaffed. It takes an astonishing large amount of time to get a simple answer from them. Let alone the refund that I am yet to receive after returning the article 5 weeks ago.
Will definitely not shop there again!
