Everything about this went absolutely great with the communication from the insurance company down to Terry the guy that sorted and delivered our items,he was polite,helpful and just brilliant at keeping me updated regarding sourcing the correct items and just when he would deliver them so all in all a great service from start to finish.
This was a great experience and this day and age is a refreshing change so hats off to all.

Took a while because of Easter etc to sort my fridge out but when they arrived at a decision to replace it it was sorted swiftly.

Took one month to repair our washing machine
parts took longer than anticipated to arrive n when they did arrive the engineer came to fix more parts were needed !!!! So more waiting Why was it not checked properly the first time !
Literally a whole new washing machine was installed with new parts !!!
I phoned to share my disappointment was reassured someone will call back NO ONE CALLED BACK !!!
I shared a concern stressful time in my life due to illness…I did not need this extra stress but sadly no one cared or bothered to check in !
Had to use n pay for laundry washes …
Very very disappointed ☹️ the engineer couldn’t care less very unpleasant experience

Had to call to book repairs, spoke to lovely Chi chi she was extremely helpful and ran through troubleshooting, but needed to book engineer. She was so helpful and polite, great interaction 10/10

From calling the contact centre to the actual repair the whole process went smoothly. I gave them a list of my days off which vary every week and they sent through a confirmation email and text almost immediately . Then the night before I received a text from hotpoint with a 3 hour time slot. The engineer was courteous friendly and jovial and turned up on time. He completed the repair very quickly and hoovered up the dryer fluff before putting it back together. Very pleased.
