I would give it a 0 if I could... Stop your wine-ing and do not disturb are the most disgusting things I have ever tasted! Tried 1 serving of each (at different times) and spit it out immediately. Looked at the return policy and it said that all sales are final..,.I would have never purchased this if I knew that upfront. Don't buy... just cut back on your wine!!!

This company should not be trusted. It is impossible to speak with anyone, and they charged me $153 in two weeks for three bottles of the same thing, even after I requested them to stop. I have since canceled their ability to remove funds anymore. BEWARE of the auto ship requirement!

If I could give these people less than one star, I would. I have cancelled auto-renew multiple times and they STILL keep taking money from my account and sending packages. And they're sending to the wrong address anyway. Even though before I cancelled, I updated my address and they actually sent product to the new address.

I hate to make this accusation of any company, but given what I have been through with them on a regular basis, I have to conclude that they are operating a scam.

They don't allow you to place one order. That you have no option other than signing up for a subscription should have been a huge red flag.

They never alert you before taking money out of your account. They take money out of my account and a day later say they've done it. Every time, they have claimed this is a "glitch" in their system. I have a couple of other subscriptions and they always give a heads up before taking money and initiating an order.

That these people wait until after the fact is ridiculous. They seem to be liars hoping people just won't go to the trouble of reversing the order and requesting a refund.

This stuff DOES NOT BLEND. I've tried everything and it's so gritty no matter what. The taste is also pretty bland or not good at all for some of them. Save your money.

UPS returned a $99.00 order back to Apothekary...3 texts..2 emails...3 weeks and no response! Bad business...and no phone number!

I bought the do not disturb which also is labeled deep sleep. I decided to try it and I was awake literally all night tossing and turning and sweating. It certainly does not live up to its label

I backed out after seeing the shipping nonsense. I “was” going to order a sample of ten tiny packets. Weight-wise it would have cost a couple bucks to mail. They wanted $8.99, which was instantly suspect, as were the nothing but 5-star reviews on their website. Then I started reading reviews NOT on the apothekary website, which saved me. Anything that reads as too good to be true, is too good to be true. Do alternate research. Thank you TrustPilot.

Got chill out and the focus one and they’re just dehydrated mushroom and cocoa. Ashgawanda is for ENERGY not chill and coconut is not helpful for cognition.
All they do is make me fart.
Waste of money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! they will sign you up for subscriptions you did not sign up for, they do not allow you to change your billing on instagram, and they BLOCK YOU if you try to warn others!!!!!!

Products are fine. Company is suspect. I started with three products, and I like them...especially the Stop Your Wine...ing. It is a nice alternative at the end of the day.
However, the company is COMPLETELY unresponsive to customer communication. I've had to set-up my account THREE times in order to manage it. As someone who works in software, I'm not even sure how a person can set-up an account three times. The website needs some serious help as nothing works with regards to ordering and accounts. Also, please do not put in your automated support response, the next time you hear from us it will be a real person. That just adds insult to injury. This company really needs to get its act together. They are marketing all over the place, but clearly the foundation is not built for it, and they are not ready to support the growth.

I have tried contacting Apothekary multiple times to help with canceling my subscription and no one has contacted me back. I have tried accessing my account with no success because it says my email does not exist, yet this is where they email me. They have no phone number to call or option to chat. Terrible customer support.

They fool you into signing up for their emails and texts for a $10 off coupon or 10% off your order, only to never send it to you. Which leads to emailing them about it and waiting days for a response. Also their products don’t do much health-wise.

I live in Australia but I am American. I order and use the ‘chill the f@$! Out and the ‘do not disturb’. Both are good and so is the shipping. No problems and just ordered a blue me away and a couple other products. As with anything not pharmaceutical, give it time and mind space

Ordered an item at the beginning of December. Their page said it was back in stock. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Had to follow up multiple times on Instagram (because they don’t respond to emails). eventually they told me my item was on the wait list. I asked to cancel my order. If I knew item was not in stock at the time of ordering I would have not proceeded. Now I don’t have a Christmas present.
Oh and they constantly lie about sending an update via email, but they never do and only respond to complains on their Instagram.

Its impossible to leave a review for this company as they are trying to protect their image. DO NOT buy anything from this place. 1. Products were defective and it took 3 months of lies and long responses from their customer service. You will get no refund and reshipment that was promised but never received and they lie and lie, cant even get tracking # to where they send it. I reached out to the owner who in the first email said to contact them for anything the customers need. I contacted the owner but again not responses and only fake promises. Such a waste of time and Stay away! FDA and BBB should investigate this company.

I ordered ONE Chill the F Out. It came. Didn't do anything for me, but whatever. Then I got notified that the next shipment of my SUBSCRIPTION was about to be sent. I had ordered NO SUBSCRIPTION. To cancel it, you have to create an account, then SURPRISE! There is no way to cancel the subscription there either. These are scammers! Avoid them.

No phone number for anyone to ask questions and emails wait too long for any answers. If there is a question about effectiveness of product or issue of any kind the consumer is left high and dry. I ordered some products to try, the taste is bitter but bearable for most part. I have not seen results. Suddenly I get another shipment and no one at Apothékary to call ask or cancel. Apparently I will be paying for a product I am not using as it seems not possible to stop their shipments and charges.

Do not buy. They mailed a package with zero product in it. Working on a refund now.

Have not noticed a difference in the two weeks using them. They taste absolutely horrible! I was so excited about trying them. But hopefully others have a better experience.

My skin has changed. I've literallly tried everything and the You dew you (think it was called something else before) has really helped to clear my acne. Recommend!!
