The product bought was not authentic as advised by Obagi. I emailed the company and asked them to comment on this. I got no response. It appears this company sells fake Obagi products, so will not be using again.

Claim to Flame - Reflux meds no longer needed! I have had extreme acid reflux for nearly 30 years. This is the first and ONLY natural remedy I've taken that had worked as well as OTC or Rx medications. I was taking reflux meds 1-2x/day previously and was on an Rx for 20 years. I'm beyond thrilled to say that I now only need those meds maybe once a week and only if I'm eating something spicy. This formula is a true blessing and now that I've tried it I'm signing up for a monthly subscription to ensure I always have it on hand! Thank you SO MUCH for offering this herbal remedy to something that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I can't express my gratitude enough to have this option to aid in my digestive issues.

The products do not work, and the customer service/return or refund policy is non-existent. I can see their reply to people's concerns on their website, and every single one says "we recommend you try for 1-2 months." Awful.

Totally worthless and they keep charging your card. It's called "perscription" there wasn't a doctor who prescribed this do nothing supplement. Do not waste your money.

Terrible platform. Try Ęåśybęę and I guarantee you it would be your best decision

I have really enjoyed Rose Tinted Glasses. It taste REALLY GOOD in the Welch’s sparkling juice called “Rosé” so so good! I definitely feel a nice calm relax feeling. I use more than i would like though. I hope they will either make larger bottles or maybe make it more concentrated. Either way I’m still getting it because I do enjoy it. Just ordered Take The Edge Off. I hope I enjoy that one too. We shall see…

I've been using their product 'Mind Over Matter' for a couple of years, and I do LOVE IT. The problem with their company is the customer service and shipping. I'm on a subscription plan and wanted to change it - what a NIGHTMARE! They keep sending me the product, and now I have too many. The last CSR send me this email:

Thank you for sending that along! I have made those updates to your subscription. Your next order of Mind Over Matter is set to fulfill on 9/24 and every 2 months after. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you!

This was 3 days ago. Today I received an email that a refill is shipping now! Its not suppose to ship for another month! OMG! The owner needs to get her s*** together! I'm a business owner myself, and the amount of time I spend on this is insane! I would just cancel the subscription, but I love the product.

I have been a customer for about a year, using Chill the F Out and Stop your wine-ing. I do not use auto-ship, but order when I run out of product. Out of nowhere, a bogus order was placed for both of these products (sample size) with a 3 month auto-ship option. They charged my credit card on file and shipped the product, even though I canceled the order and confirmed I never placed it in the first place. I've asked to ship it back (unopened) but have received no response. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. What a scam. Had a positive impression of the company until now.

I cannot speak to the validity of the product claims, as I have not started taking the product yet. However, I can speak to the other claims noted by some consumers listed below. Regarding the claims of not receiving the item or shipping taking forever: I purchased this product last night and within 17 hours, had received a shipment notification email. Regarding the difficulty with account setup: I received one email wherein I could create a password. I did so with ease and now have an active account.
I do plan to follow-up with this review after I receive my product to enlighten everyone on how the product is working.

I have to agree with all the awful reviews. Ordered $135 in products on 5/31---never arrived. Multiple emails over the past 6 weeks. Zero response. This company is not professional and feels shady from my perspective......

Awful company with awful customer service -- not transparent about subscription model and make it impossible to cancel. Do not buy.

I recently purchased the Take the Edge Off tincture because I was trying to drink less during the weekday. It made me feel very loopy and lethargic. It also left a weird film on my tongue. I checked to see if I could get a refund but the company says because it's a food item they cannot provide refunds. I personally feel this is a horrible customer service policy and would never buy from them again.

I'm shocked by all the negative reviews. I've been using Chill the F Out and Stop your Whining for over a year. I guess I'm fortunate that I never had any delivery issues. Unfortunately, I have two autoimmune disorders RA and Lupus which cause me to not sleep well and not be able to drink alcohol.

I love, love, love the teas! I must admit you have to learn how to use them. This is why I gave them four out of five stars! I do not use water otherwise it tastes nasty. I use Chill the F Out with milk or a milk substitute. I use Stop your Whining with cranberry or tart cherry juice or non-alcoholic red wine.

Since I've been using these teas I've been able to fall asleep and stay asleep and because I'm no longer drinking alcohol my inflammation has drastically been reduced.

Shipping… i can’t review the product because I haven’t received it yet but I think they personally hand deliver the product by foot. Would love to be able to give a review of the product. So far it has taken 9 days to ship it 4 days to get from Virginia to West Virginia where the carrier must be taking a rest and detour. Wondering how much longer it will actually be before I receive my product.

Stop your wine-ing is so great. I was skeptical but happily this is a great product as advertised. Immediately lowers anxiety and also seems to suppress
my appetite. It also helps me sleep through the night. I have been using it for over a month and do not miss drinking real wine, that disturbed my sleep, at all. I mix the powder in boiling water then add that to strawberry lemonade made with slpenda for low calorie cocktail.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their products! When I first ordered after seeing their ad on social media, they were slammed with so many orders they couldn’t keep up. Like some of the other reviewers, I reached out numerous times with no response. I continued checking my order status on their site and finally it had shipped! On social media, they responded to my negative review (which I later updated) and apologized sincerely for their delays. Since then, I’ve had more than adequate notice before a new auto shipment is prepped, and I’ve changed the shipment dates with no problems via my account on their site. IMHO this small woman-owned company has grown so quickly, they’re unable to keep up, and in the earlier days may have had glitches in their tech department and short staffed in customer service. Doesn’t excuse some of the complaints seen here, but currently I’ve experienced none of these issues and my interactions via their site have been seamless. I’ve tried and currently use many of their products and they’ve made a huge and positive difference in my daily life and health! I’m an unmedicated ADHDer and have experienced greater focus; I’m in menopause and have seen improvement in mood, energy and libido; my sleep is deeper and better quality; and my digestive tract is becoming less disturbed. Herbal medicine to regain and maintain health and balance has been used in multiple cultures worldwide for centuries. This small company has brought an ancient tradition into a current mindset, making it easy to incorporate into our hectic schedules. I will be using their products to enjoy a healthier lifestyle for years to come!

I wish I could leave a review. I placed my order over a month ago and haven't received a thing. No email, no nothing. I replied to my order confirmation message this morning and got one back saying, "We can't seem to find any orders that correspond to this email address. "

If they don't reply, I'll open a dispute with my credit card company. Jeez! it sure is hard to avoid web scams these days!

My initial order was delivered and I was out of town and it was stolen. I contacted them via email and received an immediate response. A new order was shipped out. Found out from a neighbors ring camera that I wasn't the only one on our (typically safe) block who encountered stolen packages. Thank you Apothékary.

Horrible customer service. My order for some reason was undeliverable and was returned. I have tried contacting them through text an email with no response. They have no phone number to call so I guess I'm just out 150 dollars.
