I have been with Apex going on 7weeks now, have lost 9kg and 2 pants sizes and still going strong. Coach Adam is excelent and very knowlegable. He offered alot of helpfull advise and kept me accountable for my goals! Can defnitley reccomend Apex 100%. The information shearing helped me alot with understanding this journey and just all and all a great group of guys helping each other achieve our goals.

I've been with Apex for almost two months now & started out fantastic. Then around the 4 week mark I started to loose interest. Adam contacted me & told me this is normal & it will pass & don't get down on myself. Then I looked in the mirror & the first 4 weeks were lost. So, not wanting to go back to my old self I kicked my own arse and got back to it. The result are coming back. Thanks to Adam & his constant checking in & keeping on to me, we are back on track. This is so easy. Guy's, give Apex a go, what have you got to loose ?

Since joining Apex, my life style and quality of life has changed significantly for the better! After 30 I noticed my energy dropped off a Cliff, sleep was terrible and put on nearly 10 kgs. Brodie and Adam gave me a clear strategy and plan to execute daily and weekly to get back to feeling myself. A year later and I've dropped 10 kgs of fat and put on around 4 kgs of lean mass, energy is awesome, sleep is great and I have the energy to enjoy life again.
The lads are always there to keep me on track and on target. Would defiantly recommend Apex to anyone who wants to better their health and get your energy back.

I signed up to the 6 month protocol after having a good one on one conversation with Brodie. Both Brodie and Adam are legends who have your best interests at heart. I truly recommend Apex to any man who is stuck in a rut and needs that pick me up to get them started on that journey of finding themselves. They did this for me, loosing over 15kgs in 5 months. It’s not just about the scales, it is all the other things they have taught me along the way. Take the plunge lads! It’s worth it

My experience with APEX Coaching Academy was generally positive. I would say my knowledge on nutrition (in particular) was greatly improved and also my knowledge on weight loss as a whole. I did lose 16-17kg but I gained it all back due to personal things happening in my life but I’m back on track simply using all the tools and knowledge I’ve gained from the academy and my weight is dropping again. I’m also learning that, real change requires time and weight loss can be a quick fix but sustained weight loss (losing weight and keeping it off forever) is not a quick fix.

The boys have been amazing to get my act into gear! Adam truly cares about his clients and while only 6 weeks into the journey I'm 9kgs down and feel like the weight of the world has dropped off me. Accountability for a life you want to lead. Thanks Adam & Brodie! Looking forward to continuing to nail these goals into the future!
