I’ve been with Apex Academy for 12 weeks now on a 24-week weight loss program, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m just over halfway through and I’m already down more than 11 kg.

The biggest thing for me is that it’s actually sustainable. It’s not about starving yourself or doing some crazy diet you’ll give up on in a few weeks. Adam and my coach, Brodie, have taught me how to make changes that actually fit into everyday life, so I know I’ll be able to keep the weight off once the program finishes.

The support has honestly blown me away. If I’ve got a question, I can message Brodie and he’ll always get back to me. Every week I do a check-in and get a personalised video explaining how I’ve gone, what I need to work on, and what to focus on for the next week. We also have monthly calls, which keep me accountable and motivated.

What really stands out is that they genuinely care. They don’t just take your money, throw you a meal plan and disappear. They actually invest their time into helping you understand nutrition, training and building better habits so you can succeed long-term.

I’m only halfway through my program and the results speak for themselves. More importantly, I feel better, I’ve learnt a heap, and I finally feel like I’ve found something I can stick to for life.

Adam and Brodie have got me on track to lean down and build muscle which is the main goal of mine, structuring me a personalised plan and working around my lifestyle and diet.

Brodie and the team changed my life, been on the tools my whole life and really let the weight catch up on me. Been on the apex program for 6 weeks now and I’ve dropped 10kg. It’s been a learning experience that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Better than school. goated. they treated me like I was a real person with real responsibilities and were super open to my feedback and consistently asked me questions about how I was feeling about the exercises, the nutrition, etc. literally ANYTHING that I had a problem with they had a solution lol.

I've tried other fitness coaches in the past and nothing is as good of a service experience as working with the boys at APEX. It almost feels like I cant fail with these guys.

I was hesitant to sign up being from the USA and they're in Australia, but I'm so glad that I did.

11/10 would recommend to anyone who thinks they're too busy and they dont have the time to lose the weight they've been holding for years.

I joined APEX in February 2026.

Intially I was hesitant probably because of making a change to my life in terms of my health and fitness. Prior to joining I spoke with Brodie who was easy to speak with and explained everything going forward.

I made the step joined and for the last 6 months, guided by one of the coaches Adam I have lost 15kgs. It’s not the weight that has been the best outcome but the changes to my energy, my output and just generally felling way better. Their app is easy to use, I was never into nutrition but now have a good understanding, and I have created habits that will stick with me.

If your thinking about whether this is right for you, you already know the answer just do it and you won’t look back. Highly recommend.
