pretty much a poor experience from start to finish nobody seems to know what the other lot is doing

Aperture took my IVA on when my original debt management decided they didn't want to do IVA s any more .Aperture introduced them selves and it went from there very helpful and explained things easy for me only contact me once yearbut there if I needed them.now debt free! Thank you.

I was a tad skeptical when Debt Free Direct was taken over by Aperture , especially when my annual income and expenditure forms got lost during the transition period. However Aperture have been courteous and professional from the outset. Every query is answered immediately and every phone call returned when promised.I have just made my final payment after nearly seven years ( I had several payment breaks due to many operations) and they have e/ mailed me with my progress every step of the way. I have just taken receipt of my Certificate of Completion with a lovely congratulatory e/ mail ( just waiting for my paper copy in the post.) Thank you Aperture!

I feel that Aperture were very helpful and flexible with helping me with my finances and they gave me an opportunity to settle my IVA early with an early IVA completion loan which I applied for and my application was successful.

PPi company paid them my payment, but i have never dealt with them, asked for my payment back to myself asap, but seems to fall on deaf ears,
Dont know who the company is, yes i had an IVA with a different company 9 years ago, spoke to them and they say i should have the payment as they wont peruse it as small amount, time will tell if i get it all back
