My sons recently put a deposit down on an apartment in Greensburg Pennsylvania, with a company called Toll House Apartments, in anticipation of renting their first apartment. It's located at 124 Toll House Road Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601. Unfortunately, because of the National Disaster Emergency, the college they worked for closed down, and they now find themselves unemployed. They are unable to move in as planned next month. When we went to address Tracy, one of the office staff, about our concerns of getting the security deposit back, she was beyond rude, to the point where she said, "we don't have a corporate office." She refused to return the deposit, stating it is "company policy" that they don't do that. Personally, I find this despicable, and it's not the right thing to do, especially right now in this countries time of great need. We need to stick together and help each other, not turn people away with ignorance and greed. I just wanted to put this out on social media to allow people to know what kind of company they are dealing with before somebody else is robbed of vital resources that should be returned.

Terrible company. I wrote a review on their site and I wanted it removed and they are refusing. Watch out. If you post any review on their site, it will be there forever. Even if you have issues with the person that the review is about or if you are threatened with a lawsuit. They do not warn you but when you post it is FOREVER. I will never post there again and never should you.

Great place to live. Location is excellent. Department stores, Movie theaters, restaurants, casual & fine dining nearby. Walking & bicycle riding in several areas. Swimming pool. Beautiful & well maintained grounds. Underground parking, indoor bicycle storage. Onsight office manager & competent maintenance people. Come see for yourself!

Willow Creek Apartments have Lovely floor plans, property & are set in great location!!

If you're looking for an apartment in Smyrna, TN then Charleston Hall is a place you should consider. I have been a resident here for over 6 months and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is genuinely interested in providing you with excellent, friendly service. The rent is very reasonable for apartments in a variety of floor plans and number of rooms. The office staff are accommodating and friendly as well as competent; and the maintenance staff quick to respond to requests and capable in resolving any problems. While the facility is aging, it has been superbly maintained so the grounds and buildings are comfortable, attractive, and functional. In short, it is an outstanding facility.

If no stars were an option Autumn Breeze Apt in Noblesville Indiana would have gotten just that. This place is absolutely horrible. The office staff is shallow, condescending, two-faced, narrow minded, unprofessional wenches. The property isn’t maintained. The Apts itself are drafty, extremely high electric bill (they’ll tell you it’s about $75 monthly but it isn’t ... try more like $350 plus), the valet trash service is horrible and very unprofessional, the only dumpster is in the very back of the property and is always over flowing with debris, dog poo everywhere, you’ll hear noises in your apt from other Apts, I could hear people’s dogs barking from with the my from dogs that are inside their apt from the opposite end of my building. You hear every little noise from within your apt. I could go on but I’m sure you’ve gotten the just of it. This place is a joke. Save yourselves & your sanity buy running fast by this hell hole.

Misleading prices.
I called 6 apartments and none of them honored the advertised price.

I live here at Blackwood Falls Apartments where I have been residing for 2 years new owners took over almost a year ago I want to say they came in with all these false promises that my house would be repaired it would be remodeled I've been given complaints about dry rotted blinds my door being cracked holes in my ceiling I am so sick of these people the lady in the office is very nasty she will not allow you to speak to the owner I have packed my house three waiting for them to come remodel I have been living packed up for months now and nothing has been done at this point the lady told me to put stuff in my kitchen and in my bedroom so that they can start doing what they have to do nothing has been done yet we're going on 7 months of me waiting for repairs at my house to be remodeled 5 different times and have to unpack I cannot give no good report for this place at all this place is horrible I would not recommend this place to my dog

I had a great experience from beginning to end! The leasing office worker, Kasia, was very helpful and helped us get our paper work and Apartment keys quickly and easily. She was polite and patient with a beautiful smile. I highly recommend these apartments!!

I would recommend this company when looking for a place to live. I have been living in Republic Palms and love it!

I warned people dont live or move to Stetson ridge apartment because theres a very bad management there and community there is good but except the apartment complex.

I'd be very honest since we live there for 2 years and we been ripped off many times and people at the office are not as friendly they just create an imaginary problems, drama and so on even they can over charge you which you dont owe anything, the new management is very ridiculous and stupid. If you people move there they can be very friendly at first but wait til later you can see for yourself as you see what i mean of what i was talking about.

Everyone wants a credit check fee and a deposit then turns people like me and my daughter down and recommends us to another apartment complex to be ripped off again! Unfair and should be outlawed! They should have access to the same credit reports for 30-90 days. I know what happens when a credit check is run too many times back-to-back!!

Instead of taking your wants and matching your budget and wants you place a bunch of dots on a map of your desired area. Not easy to figure plus you at times cannot see floor plans or know what your percentage of matches are for each property you click on

I am finding that a lot of the apartments listed are either unavailable or the rent is different than what is advertised.

Everything was easy to understand and the response time was prompt and very professional
