I have lived ay Quail Ridge East managed by Wooten company for many years. I call it home. Great staff and maintenance. Location close to everything needed. Work, school, stores, Hwy exits. Care for buildings and grounds is apparent. Laundry and fitness room on site. Neighbors friendly and mostly respectful. Grateful and enjoy doing life here.

I have lived at Moana Apartments for 20 years. I love it here. location great. Mangement is superior and friendly. I like the fitness room, updated equipment & air conditioned & clean. any maintenance issues are taken care of swiftly. Great Place to Live

My experience with this site was okay however why do sites like this not offer an ability to rate or review the places they have lived? Advertising is great but tells you NOTHING about a landlord or roommates when moving into a property. I hope apartment guide considers this option because it gives a renter a much clearer picture of what they are actually moving into not just the add for the place.

Very reasonable rent. Quality care and access to community resources. Free internet and on site laundry. Staff very efficient on resolving any issues.

They have nice staff, plenty of room for parking, and it's a pretty quiet area to live.

I live at lakeside @ tontineworleans. I been living here for 12 years, and there is not another community I rather live. From the manager to the staff everyone is very professional and attentive to your needs. They address any problems you might have at your apartment in a timely manner.So of you are looking for a great community to live then tonti is a great choice.

Lies x 10!! Their useless guide has great photos, floor plans and prices. The prices are absolute lies. Today an apartment showed rent @ $973. Call the apartment office…..more like $1600. Apartment guy says “yeah they are a third party and the prices are a little out of date.” A LiTTLE??? It’s current stuff on the internet.
This was not the only wrong apartment price as well.
Totally useless lies. I give them a BIG FAT ZERO!

I wish I could write a review without giving it a star. The website glitches and fails every time you try and do anything or it will just reset your search filters and make you put them back in. Horrible way to help people. They would be doing us all a favor if they just deleted everything

They have scam rentals posted then you call to report the scam listing and their toll free number is not even a valid one then the Georgia number had someone answer and literally I heard someone ruffling papers in the background like they were not even by the phone. So please just be aware of scams because this company does 0 to help you avoid or report fake listings

I've sent out over 20 follow up requests for available listings, not a single one bothered to respond back. Also, the email suggestions it sends saying something is available in the subject says it's unavailable in the email!

I left a review regarding an apartment complex and apartment guide never posted it. What a scam. They don't work for the consumer!!

Website looks good but can be decieving. and NO ONE calls you back. I have left message after message at the apartments I was interested in and get nothing. If you are paying someone to list your property? YOU should do a background check on them because they are lazy.

Does not recommend options in my preferred range. I am looking for places in Lahaina but it keeps recommending places in Kihei. This is almost an hour away and not helpful at all. They keep spamming my inbox with recommendations that are bad.

Looking for housing on Apartment Guide is a complete waste of time. I expressed interest in 8 properties on their website over 1 week ago, and have had no contact at all. When I reported this to Apartment Guide, the response was that a complaint number had been created and they'd investigate. 2 days later, I was emailed that the complaint had been checked out and completed. As yet, I've still not been contacted by any of the property owners. This outfit is pathetic and searching on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or just checking bulletin boards is way more effective.

Looked at both apartment.com and apartment guide.com ratings to determine if I should rent at park central upland. I had a terrible experience there and wanted to share but I’m assuming because my rating was low they did not post. They should be sued because they are miss leading people into renting apartments they otherwise would not if they allowed all reviews.

Apartment guide website SUCKS. They will not allow you update your comments if you resolve an issue with an apartment. THEREFORE, most of the information on the site is not ACCURATE or TIMELY. Go to a different apartment locator site, you will be glad you did.

Tricia Jones, the Office Manager at The Pointe Apartments, is rude and LIES!! They gave us less than 24 hours notice that they were resurfacing parking lots during a pandemic when doctors, hospitals and government are telling us not to leave our homes. I was in touch via emails/phone calls regarding a personal issue on why we could not move ONE of our vehicles. Tricia Jones could have cared less. They towed it to another lot (along with four other vehicles). We drove by every day to make sure not tagged for towing (because they had tagged before while we were apparently gone too long out of town on vacation). Today, car was gone, no warning!!!!! Went to office. Tricia was so proud she towed it. I called cops because she had it illegally towed. While I was talking to police on the phone...in the office...she (chicken) had the other lady call the police?!?! Cops laughed. We were discriminated against, because our car was the ONLY one towed where they were all backed in. I have pictures of proof this evening. She lied, tow truck was not even scheduled to get other four vehicles. Another legal right was violated, cannot mention, due to lawsuit I am filing.

I have lived here for two years, have had bed bugs show up every other month after treatments. the police are on the property 2 to 3 times a week most weeks for noise and other disturbances.There are drug deals in the parking lot during daylight hours. the children use the walkways for a play ground and racetrack, riding wheeled vehicles and running and yelling. No rules enforcement here. cresent ridge apts. Irving, Texas

Apartment guide has erased my honest review twice about Wesley St. Claire Apartments. They must be getting paid from these apartment companies.
Here is my honest review of Wesley St. Claire Apartments Lawrenceville,GA :

This place is roach infested and our apartment had roaches everywhere. They would send pest control people but even after sprays roaches would return the very next day.
There was mold issue in the bathroom maintenance never fixed it.
We had to throw all the groceries and several personal items including furniture.
(Because we didn't want to carry roach eggs with us). After moving office staff wants us to pay for utilities we didn't use and stove drip pans replacement costs in spite of providing a brand new set.

If used right, very reliable way to look up apartment rates and more. I found my most recent place through them.
