Cortland Midtown EastBitten by a dog on my morning walk. Cortland had info on the dog that bite me, They would not release that info. to me, animal control, RPD, or the health dept. I had no choice but to start Painful treatment For Rabies on 4-29-26 at DUKE Raleigh E.R.

I had a listing I contacted for a trailer that ended up being a SCAM! They used boompay.col to process 2 applications we paid $49 each. The entire thing was awful and now I’m going to have to do all the identity theft reports to keep ourselves safe from and fraud that could be committed using our socials and names. Also I got refunded for only one application. The lady called and claimed to be working with island communities in Indiana her name was “Angel White” her number is (317) 435-7315. Also the woman who got me in contact with her called herself “Charlene” and her number is +1 (689) 304-4045. She claimed to be with Indiana Estates which is not even real. She seemed very sweet on the phone but we have applied to so many rentals and rent to owns that I should have been more thorough before applying but after the fact I looked at my voicemail and realized she had previously left a voicemail saying Indiana estates but then the internet said the property on Joe st in Huntington was owned by Island communities. And the address on apartment guide said property management was through realtor.com the girl from boompay.com went by chell and it seemed like she knew exactly who did it and what was going on. I let them know they are committing crimes and will end up in prison if they keep it up. I got refunded partially and so I think it made them realize at least a little they are in trouble bc I reported them to the federal government and the police.

I have lived at the Quail Ridemge Apartments and Townhouses for 5 years now and have had a decent experience. I love the layout of the community, its dog friendly, and has multiple pools. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I live at Chesterfield Village Apts. I have been here for 9 years. Management and maintenance are easy to talk to and gets things fixed pretty quick. The apartments are pet friendly, and have washer dryer hook ups. There are lots of restraunts and stores, also close and easy access for hwy. 60.

My family has lived at Republic Palms for a year and I just renewed my lease. It's close to shopping, parks and walking trails.

This search site completely sucks and I would avoid it if you want to look for something specific. I typed in city I want to live in, number of bedrooms, max rent and that’s it. That’s pretty generic, you would think even the most lousy of sites cant screw that up and still they did! They brought up 9 different cities! I don’t know if the IT guys for this search engine are high school teens or they hire people that are clueless but the site sucks. If you put too many specific things in like every detail of exactly what your looking for it will find no results so I only used 3 specifics that are a must have like city to live in. I already know there are 100 in this city but this site brings up every other city. If a person puts in Hollywood they have no desire to live in Miami, heck its not even the same county!!!

10th year. I have really enjoyed living here.
The location is great for
shopping,restaurants, and Springfield. I've
always have felt safe here. Management
and Maintaince are super taking care of
your needs.

I have been living at Highlands Of Marin for about eight years. One of the reasons I love living here is the maintenance team is so caring and personal! Steven Smyles has been the service manager ever since I’ve been here and he is always positive and professional! He listens to any of my concerns and he figures out the best way to get it done in the fastest possible way. It’s really hard to find people that care about their job. With Steven it shows!!!

Steven here, at the Highlands of Marin what is a tremendous help with all my wants and needs looking forward to living in this community. Thank you so much. Steven you get an A+.

The Highlands of Marin is a beautiful community on top of a hill with beautiful views overlooking San Rafael and all of its glory , Steven was happy to lead us around with so much info and buckets of kindness…… an A + for sure

There probably are some normal apartments on this site but I'm finding dodgy listers, telephone numbers that don't work, and no replies. Apartments I really want. But apparently whosever listed them isn't that keen.

No one ever f-ing answers its un-f-ing-acceptable! im trying to get a new place but i cant cause no one picks up or answers my messages!

I love living at Chateau Terrace. It is almost 16 years since I moved into my 3-BR apartment here. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance team here is awesome. They are friendly, quick and efficient anytime you need something taken care of. The property manager is professional, yet friendly. I hope to spend many more years here.

The App is crap. U should b able 2 sue companies for wasting your time. They r sending me emails that don't even match my search criteria. I have to b in Warren county Ohio. So I enter some towns in that county because u can only search on city, state zip code. They send me "4 top choices" in Middletown but if course nothing on the list is in Middletown which is part Warren county and part Butler county. Then they send me an email about 4 options in Franklin Ohio which is Warren county but NOTHING on the list is in Franklin Ohio or even Warren county. Artificial intelligence my ass! The app is trash!!!

I been living in Pinewinds apartments for sometimes and the rent in the cheapest place in Raleigh area

It has been home for a very long time. Neighborhood is good and decent access to everything needed. Stores, bank, hwy exits etc… Office managers have been very kind and get business done. Maintenance crew is on it! Care for inside apartments, buildings and grounds. Grateful to call it home.

mismanagement bugs, waste issues, theft

I have great experience with the manager of the building the maintenance work that has been done around the facility. They always kind and polite and very helpful and they do a wonderful job. I wouldn’t replace them for the world.

I was looking at a couple of apartments and on the right side of the screen you can write to the apartment. Two questions to two different apartments where I was simply asking for a run down of all of the fees. Both times I receive texts from a different company. The first one was Rental Beast indicating he could answer my questions and show me other units, and the second one was a text indicating that if I sign up i may get AI generated texts. I then went to Redfin on one of the units and asked the same question and received a response from the actual management company. There is something definitely off with this company and I would stay away from them.

I would recommend Quail ridge to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to rent. It is close to all the amenities and the staff is very nice and friendly.
