Absolutely hassle free, submitted expense's for cancelled cruise and had reimbursement within a couple of weeks. It was a pleasure dealing with AON and will purchase coverage again in the future!

Needed to cancel a cruise last minute due to a unforseen health condition. Insurance claim was handled promptly and professionally within a relatively short timeframe. Received all money returned expeditiously. Truly a very easy process.

I received a full refund, for my wife and I, due to a medical reason. The process was straightforward, requiring the completion of some forms, but nothing unreasonable. The response was prompt, and I received the refund quickly without any unnecessary complications.

We were charged when we should not after I saw the ship doctor otherwise the painstaking process would have been avoided. Nevertheless we still got our money back after sometime and completing the required paperwork.

My travel claim was paid in full.

I purchased an Aon Affinity Insurance Services policy on a hotel stay I booked through Expedia. My mom and I were staying in a hotel so we were close to my mom's sister who was dying. Unfortunately she passed before we made it to say goodbye and we needed to cancel the hotel stay. I submitted the claim, listing the reason as a "death in the family". I was told that I needed to submit a death certificate in order to process the claim. We filled out the forms, paid the fees and finally received a death certificate in the mail. I then submitted the certificate to Aon Affinity Insurance Services. They replied back that they needed Cause of Death listed on the certificate. I asked why they would need that information and their response was "your policy has stipulations to as what types of death are covered, like pre-existing conditions or death involving felonies....."

My aunt died of cancer, that she fought for 2 years. That's definitely pre-existing. So basically they will only cover "death" as an excuse if it's an accident of some type.

All of this run-around for a $500 hotel stay. I will never purchase Aon Affinity Insurance Services again.

10 days before our anticipated cruise, we had a medical emergency. With all we were dealing with, we also had to cancel our travel arrangements. I had to call a couple of times and your employee was clear and so helpful in answering my questions. The process to file a claim was easy and we received our refund quickly!
