Arrived on first thing on New Year’s Day - the store was immaculate and the staff were fantastic. Harry looked after me and gave me a great deal - really great service . I wish they were in Cardiff they would make a fortune! Well done all!

We enjoy shopping at Annetts, a great range of products and no pressure selling, no constant sales talk here - if you need assistance you can request it, if not then you won't be engaged in meaningless conversation.

From choosing our new bed to its delivery and installation everything worked very well indeed. Rob in the showroom could not have been more helpful, and the care and attention shown by the delivery guys were first class. Excellent customer care skills all round.

Damian took great care with our decision process and then he was meticulous in ensuring that every detail of our order was exactly what we wanted.
Dan and Jason have just delivered them, and they were wonderfully careful about getting the sofas into our sitting room, and arranging them where we wanted them to go.
When we need more furniture for our home, we will be back.

Local business, no pressure, competitively priced with loads of choice. We went in to get a sofa and came out with a bed instead. All items arrived earlier than expected, another bonus. Staff made us feel valued whilst we tried rise recliner, transferring from wheelchairs in the showroom was easy, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed and all our choice options were considered.

The salesman Rob spent alot of time with us explaining the different mattresses, not pushy, very pleased how we were dealt with and were kept up to date about delivery and the delivery men were very polite and friendly.

We were shopping for a new mattress. We had some idea of what we wanted but we had a helpful explanation of the rating for soft/firm. No pressure. We left to have a think and went back a week later. We got a discount off the marked price. Delivery times explained which they stuck to. Delivery men were very good too.

From start to finish excellent service. Walked in and a polite greeting with a smile the salesman Scott hereford was so helpful & I must say very patient with me, I was a while in the store a hour or more I say. He couldn't do more for me went through all the designs & different fabrics legs etc on the sofa I liked. I ended up buying it and left very happy and sure on decision I made with loots of help from Scott. The delivery service was good and lots of contact through waiting time it came quicker than we thought. The quality is superb & had all round great experience. Highly recommend 👌 shall be shopping in store again for kitchen.
