Very happy with the helpful staff at Annetts

This is not the first time we have purchased furniture from Annetts store in Hereford and again it was a great experience, it is such a lovely store to visit with high quality furniture at competitive prices.
It is a super showroom and we were able to wander around at our leisure and Harry was available to answer any questions when needed.
Delivery time was as predicted and again the delivery team were very pleasant and a credit to Annetts.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. The staff where really helpful whilst choosing the furniture from such a wide range. The show room is outstanding so much choice. Were keep inform all the way through from ordering to delivery. The delivery boys where more than helpful and very pleasant couldn't do enough. We are so pleased with with our purchase it has exceeded our expectation.

Very helpful staff in store, friendly but not at all ‘pushy’ Just nice to walk around with a greeting and then left to look at everything with no hassle. I needed a demonstration of a piece of furniture and it was no bother at all to the salesman. Also fantastic delivery chaps who set up my furniture and explained all about it. So polite and respectful of my property.

We have only just ordered our furniture and we have changed our minds about the range, fabric, colour probably four or five times in the space of one week. The staff could not have been more accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble. We felt so bad to keep changing our decisions, but every change has been greeted with openness and good humour. It is clear how important it is to Annetts’ staff that their customers are 100% happy with their final choices.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and support over the last few days. First class, personal service. We are completely happy with our final selections, excited about delivery and will NOT be questioning our decisions anymore! Phew!

Delivery came when expected and the drivers went above and beyond to ensure my table and chairs were put in the right place and exactly what I wanted.

Having made several purchases over the years, we have always had first class service from Annetts. The sales staff are courteous, helpful and never put any pressure on the customer. The delivery team are exceptional, treating a person’s home with care and respect. Furniture arrives well protected and is installed speedily and with little fuss. Delivery staff always take their shoes off before entering the property, and do not leave until the customer is entirely happy. An excellent company which I thoroughly recommend. Well done to all at Annetts.

We recently ordered some furniture from Annette's which has a lovely well laid out store.
Scott Owens that works in the store was brilliant, he gave us lots of advice about the furniture we were interested in whilst being professional, friendly and polite.( a credit to Annette's).
The delivery guys wer excellent.
They were very professional and handled our new furniture with care.
The whole experience was great!

Beautiful showroom with an extensive range of products. Very friendly and competent sales team. Enjoyed being able to browse without a salesman making a 'beeline' for you when you go through the door. When we were ready to find out more information, Harry looked after us very well. After making our purchase, communication was excellent. When the delivery team arrived, they were so polite, friendly and respectful of our home, slipping their shoes off as they came through the door. It was also a pleasure to hear them both say how much they enjoyed their jobs and working for Annetts. A great experience from start to finish.

After several visits to the store in Hereford, my wife and I placed our order for three new sofas for our new house. Throughout the process, we have dealt with Rob Harris who has been a model of professionalism. He has listened to our requirements patiently and with good humour, adding useful suggestions to guide us without lapsing into the 'hard sell' mode. Having set up our order yesterday, we left the store feeling very satisfied and valued customers and can't wait to receive the good in due course. This level of service and attention is all too rare these days, but it is what makes us return to Annetts time after time. I cannot praise Rob and all the team at Annetts highly enough and thoroughly recommend the store.

Our time spent in the show room was very relaxed with no pressure from any staff. We felt that we could have spent hours looking around and trying out different sofas and chairs at our own pace. Gareth Morgan the sales rep was on hand to answer any questions. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Have made several purchases and am always pleased with the products and service. Bought an electric bed this time, so a considered purchase. I had time and space to think about it, no hard sell, but Harry was there to answer questions when needed. There was some discount too so that was good. Delivery and installation was also excellent, the guys took their shoes off, and were quick and efficient at setting the bed up, even attaching my previous headboard with care. I will buy again from Annetts when I need any furniture.

We were really pleased with all the staff at Annetts who allowed us to take our time choosing the sofas and Harry the salesman was very well informed regarding the frame, fabrics and fillings.
Our furniture, which arrived earlier than expected, was then delivered by two really polite and helpful men. So a great experience all round. Well done Annetts.
