The salesman Graham Bedworth gave us fantastic advice he was really helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he's a credit to Stokers.
We are really pleased with our couch and chair and the delivery guys were great as well.

Love the way you are left alone and not followed by staff.
We bought a piece of furniture and there was no fuss.Mike the staff member was professional and quick and also was very helpful as we didn’t want our furniture delivered for 4 weeks.

We visited the Chester store on two separate occasions to shop for a new sofa. I was sceptical as I was concerned there could be pushy sales staff. But I have to say it was the complete opposite. Although we were approached, it was simply to offer assistance should we need it, certainly no hard sell. Scott was very knowledgeable about the fabric/leather options for the design we were interested in and suggested taking the sample book home, which we did. On our return to the store we ordered the sofa and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful. He confirmed everything in a clear and unhurried manner and was very polite and courteous throughout. Thank you Scott.

Decide to use Stokers for new mattresses. Why? Because we've used Stokers for many years and have been really pleased each time we have bought from them. Carl Sixsmith was the staff member who served us and he was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Can't praise Stoker and Carl enough for their professionalism and excellent quality of products.

We returned to the Southport store after previously buying furniture from there. This time we were looking for a new bed. Spoke to Carl Sixsmith who was very helpful. He ordered the bed & headboard and even arranged for a fabric swatch to be sent to us. Excellent service.

Really helpful guidance from Carl (Bed Department) in choosing a new mattress. He spent time explaining the different types available and checked that the mattress we wanted was suitable for our bed frame.

We recently visited the Southport store to purchase a mattress and were looked after by Carl who was very pleasant,friendly and efficient dealing with our purchase.

We were looking for two new sofas for living room and Stokers in Chester have by far the most extensive choice in the area. Scott Dupree was very helpful and courteous when we visited the store. His excellent product knowledge was instrumental in helping us to choose the product which we felt was best for our needs.

Our relationship with Stokers goes back many years, probably over 25. We have purchased carpets, beds , bedroom furniture, recliners, lounge suites, accessories, pictures etc. Product quality is excellent as is choice. Service is second to none. Surroundings are pleasant and well laid out. Competitiveness is good and staff are knowledgeable and polite to deal with. We have great relationships with the manager Stuart and Carl Sixsmith. We would recommend Stokers wholeheartedly.

We buy all our furniture from Stokers. They make sure that you are happy with everything and will always help and offer support if there is a problem. Carl was very helpful when we were trying to find a new bed.

We went to Stokers to look at Hypnos beds and found the whole process excellent. Not only did the store have lots of choice, but the Salesperson Joe Tudor was extremely knowledgeable. We received the mattress today and are very happy with the whole process.

Great selection of furniture in a range of styles and prices. Excellent Customer Service from Jenny. She was very helpful, we didn't feel rushed and she clearly explained to us next steps and how to care for our new furniture.

We would recommend Stokers if you are looking for new or additional furniture.

Stokers Chester is the only place I would buy furniture. All the staff are polite, they don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in but give you time to browse. They know their stock and help in any way they can. I particularly would like to say how helpful their new salesman Nathan Lowndes is. He is the perfect person to assist customers.

We had excellent service throughout our several visits to the store. Graham Bedworth was particularly helpful and kept us fully informed concerning our furniture delivery dates.
