I ordered a ring with my grandads ashes…
I ordered a ring with my grandads ashes in 2025. The ring was beautiful and was over the moon. After around 6 months the diamonds in the ring became poor and nothing was offered other than a clean in which I would need to pay full for. A year on, the condition of the ring became poor leading to rashes on my fingers depending what finger it was on. I sent the proof but the only thing they offered was I paid for a new ring full price and disregarding the fact this ring had my grandads ashes in and didn’t seem to care. I would recommend looking at another business so this doesn’t happen to you as this is not something I would expect from an over £200 ring

No customer service
I ordered a memorial ring which was lovely. But following a medical emergency it didn’t fit. Totally impossible to contact angel meadow. There is only an email option which they ignore. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I can see an email from yourself that was sent 9 months ago. A response was sent and we informed you that a resize wouldn’t be possible with the ring that you have unfortunately. We have not had any further contact.
