Straight forward from ordering to receiving the requested items. Ordered a necklace and ring with two sections for my mum and dad's ashes/hair. Instructions on what to do were easy. Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately my ring came and it feels flimsy and cheap, the design isnt as sparkly as in pictures and tbh if my mums ashes weren't in the ring I would've returned

Absolutely diabolical after sales! I have written to them regarding a piece I had made after my father passed as the stone has discoloured and a stone had come out of the arm of the ring. Same thing happened to the one my sister had also! My sister sent a message last year about hers. I’ve sent a message in the last couple of weeks about both of our rings and had no reply! Messaged on social media also and nothing. Given the sensitive sentimental nature of the issue I’d have thought they would have at least replied. I wouldn’t recommend this shambles of a company! Disrespectful to my late father’s memory and upset me beyond words!!
