Zakupiłam sofę oraz dwa fotele…
Zakupiłam sofę oraz dwa fotele Decotique. W paczce były pomylone pokrowce, otrzymałam pokrowce do małych poduszek a zamowienie było z dużymi. Do dnia dzisiejszego sprawa jest nie rozwiązana. Minęły 3 tygodnie. Dzwoniłam oraz napisałam kilka maili- brak odpowiedzi.

Bardzo pozytywnie oceniam zakupy w AndLight. Stolik kawowy kupiłem tu sporo taniej niż w innych sklepach porównywałem ceny u konkurencji i różnica była naprawdę duża. Zamówienie dotarło szybko i bez żadnych problemów, a wszystko było dokładnie i solidnie zapakowane, więc mebel przyjechał w idealnym stanie. Polecam i na pewno wrócę po kolejne zakupy.

great product, missing cable
Delivery was super fast and the lamp itself looks really nice and works well. The product quality and design are definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the charging cable that should have been included was missing from the package. According to the product description, it should have been there. It makes me wonder whether this might have been a returned item, but there was no information about that on the product page.
Overall, I like the lamp, but the missing cable was a bit disappointing.

Na stronie jest napisane że towar dostępny, a wcale nie jest dostępny. Firma bierze pieniądz a potem czeka nie wiadomo ile aż towar będzie dostępny i wciąż informuje, o kolejnych opóźnieniach w dostawie. Straciłam cierpliwość i poprosiłam o anulowanie zamówienia. W odpowiedzi dostałam info że 'odpowiemy w ciągu 5 dni' także nawet na mail nie potrafią w rozsądnym terminie odpisać
