Their equipment is proprietary
Their equipment is proprietary, so if you’re not happy with them and want to change alarm monitoring you’ll need change out your equipment. There is usually someone at our home but when there is not I like to use the alarm system and every time there seems to be an alarm. They will give you a well check each year. If you need additional equipment or repair work get your wallet out. $10. For a Battery $84. Or additional $40. motion for
$240.
Monitoring seems reasonable with LTE card,
Carbon monoxide and burglary.
I guess my unhappiness comes from being a customer for years they don’t come out and fix the problem. The last quote I got to fix a door and add a motion camera came to $950.
I can replace 4 key pads, LTE card and new board for a grand. Maybe I expect to much.
