I have been chasing for a refund for almost 6 months for a top that never arrvied and I am just being ignored for months at a time. Absolute scam company do not order!

De website belooft dat retouren mogelijk zijn en dat je een verzendlabel ontvangt, maar mijn retour werd geweigerd omdat het ‘made-to-order’ zou zijn. Dit is misleidend en komt niet overeen met de wet: het gaat gewoon om een standaard shirt. Ze negeren bewust het wettelijke herroepingsrecht van consumenten. Ik zou hier niet kopen.

No shipping confirmation for about two weeks after I had to reach out to them. They assured that my package was ready to be shipped soon but wasn’t shipped for another 3-4 days. After actually being shipped delivery to another 10 days (it’s shipped from China). Needed the clothes for a trip I was going on and needless to say my order was not fulfilled in time. Clothing quality was absolutely not worth the price tag.

Their return policy is so scammy. They say they have a 14 day return policy “if your return is accepted” meaning they can just deny it if they feel like it. Crazy.

Do not purchase! They are a scam. Nightmare to deal with. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Still trying to get a return for items . Very slow to respond and require photos of items ordered even though they have the order details. Poor quality and even poorer customer service.

I wish I checked that this is another China spam:( Took forever to arrive, half a summer is gone by the time it arrives from China. And quality is Temu, run from this one👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

made an order in early june, had to chase them up 2 weeks after the order date to find out whats going on since there was no update, took another 3 weeks to come and the quality is absolute garbage. not to mention the hoodies i ordered were also sent in the wrong colour and they refuse to refund the purchase even though its still in the package it came in. i had to directly contact my bank to chase a refund. do not order from this place, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Poor client service and sizes are not consistent / standard . Probably Produced in china , but selled with french prices. Quality is OK. But They dont accept to exchange or refund despite they know sizes of the tshirt are not consistents.

It took ages to come, had to chase them up and after 3 weeks it arrived. Quality is ridiculously bad. There’s no actual labels inside the neck bit and the only washing label thing says made in China. Absolute scam quality. T shirt looks like a market made item.

Got confirmation of my order instantly after ordering. Everything good so far, but a week goes by and no shipping confirmation in sight. After 10 days I had to get in touch with customer service and they replied quickly. I got shipping confirmation the next day. The shipping was fast and I got the hoodie 5 business days after i got the shipping confirmation but the package was opened already. Maybe just their courier in my country that is unprofessional. The product was disappointing. It fells cheap and not like I expected (heavy cotton). The print was also faded. All in all a bit disappointing

Good tees. Perfect rotation with my jeans . Will order more in the future.

Unbelievable. Took forever to arrive and won’t refund, apparently:

"We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that we sent the exact items and sizes you purchased. Since our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide postal labels for exchanges."

Its not anything custom, its a basic t shirt for £40... disgraceful behavior. Should have read the reviews here before ordering. Another Instagram let down.

I feel a bit stupid not reading these reviews. Paid extra for shipping but ended up getting it after normal shipping ETA. They said stock was from China. No one told me. Refund of shipping rejected. Website contradicted it being in stock. Poor. I got it week into season where it’s too hot wear it. And not worth the wait.

The clothing was absolutely ass. It’s Chinese crap, and it took 22 days to be delivered. This company should get sued

No customer service, emails go into a black hole. Stuff ships from China (they do not say it will take a month to get the t-shirt). I told them to cancel after its taken now 3 weeks without dispatch.

First of all the order took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive the t shirts were terrible. Really bad off white colour, extremely poor print quality that did not match the images on site. Now they are not answering how to send back and get a refund. STAY AWAY
