J’ai passé ma commande sans aucun stress honnêtement. Tout était clair pendant le parcours. Aucun problème ni retard au moment du paiement. Maintenant j’espère juste que la livraison et la qualité seront au même niveau

J’aime quand un site ne complique pas les choses et celui ci ne l’a pas fait. La navigation est simple et la mise en page est logique. Les descriptions étaient utiles sans être trop longues. Globalement une expérience tranquille jusqu’à maintenant

Globalement une bonne expérience pour l’instant mais à voir à la réception. La commande s’est faite facilement et je n’ai eu aucun problème. J’attends maintenant en espérant que ça corresponde à mes attentes

J'ai trouvé un manteau qui correspondait exactement à ce que je cherchais. Le paiement a été traité rapidement. La commande a été confirmée immédiatement.

I foolishly ordered from this company without reading reviews and am now stuck with ill-fitting and poorly made dungarees, which they will not let me return (customer service does not respond to enquiries). They were expensive. I am now also receiving scam calls on a regular basis, so I am guessing this is related to my purchase with this company. Awful.

La qualité du produit est plus que mauvaise et ne correspond pas du tout à ce que l'image donnait sur le site.
Quant au retour, les échanges de mails interminables se sont soldés par un abandon de ma part : le produit est à retourner en Chine. Le montant du retour n'en vaut pas le coup.

J’ai passé ma commande assez tard le soir et pourtant tout s’est déroulé facilement. Le site est simple à utiliser et rien n’est compliqué. Le paiement était rapide aussi ce que j’ai apprécié. Maintenant j’ai juste hâte de voir la coupe et le rendu sur moi

J'ai récemment commandé une veste. Le site web était facile à naviguer et à utiliser pour sélectionner les articles. La livraison devrait arriver bientôt.

Le site propose une jolie collection de robes. Les descriptions des produits m'ont aidée à choisir la bonne taille. Tout s'est déroulé sans problème lors du paiement.

Honnêtement toute l’expérience était vraiment fluide. Tout était facile à trouver et rien ne semblait confus. Les détails des produits étaient vraiment utiles ce que je ne vois pas souvent. J’espère juste que la livraison sera au même niveau maintenant

Do not order on this website - I ordered from Emilia Lane on February 12, 2026, with a promised delivery of 5 days. The delivery was delayed with no information to 4 weeks, so I requested cancellation of my order - they refused it.
The company shipped the order anyway. After receiving the parcel, I requested the same day a return on March 17, 2026, following their procedure.
Since then, the company has stopped responding and has not provided any return instructions, making it impossible to return the item or get a refund. On top the quality of the products is a total scam!

Automated response which claimed my address was insufficient in detail to deliver. Gave another address. Got the same response. To be avoided.

Horrific customer service! The item arrived after 1 month! And i wanted it for maternity photoshoot pictures but since the delay in delivery didn't get to use it and once arrived was too small anyway!
tried returning, They came back to me and said no return can be done as there is no defect on the item! I should have checked the reviews before ordering. They are running a scam shop! Avoid!

I wish I’d checked the reviews first. Appalling company.
1) description of item I bought (cotton dungarees) were so stretchy and cheap they certainly weren’t cotton as stated
2) I eventually had a response from ‘customer care’ - who don’t care, regarding my wish for a return and refund. Well, they’ve managed to avoid having the cheap and shoddy item returned by not responding to a second email in which I wanted them to acknowledge my feedback. The returns policy has to be within 24 hours- given they don’t respond this is impossible, although they state their customer care is ‘excellent’.
3) my £61 spent on the dungarees - which they described as not in the luxury end of clothing, but are ‘reliable quality, affordable and stylish, are in fact the polar opposite. If every other item is the quality of my purchase, I’d put them in the cheapest Chinese tat, badly made category, probably made in a Chinese sweatshop with dreadful working conditions, low pay, long hours and in violation of Chinese labor laws.
In addition the photos of products online do not match the item sent. A SCAM company.
Please avoid this dreadful company - I speak from experience.
