I had a pleasant experience shopping here. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. My order arrived in good condition and matched the description on the site. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality and the service and would consider ordering again.

Ordered a T-Shirt and once received I really liked the design of it and fit. The material quality I’d say is standard, nothing special but I’m happy with it. The only downside is the delivery time. It takes about 3 weeks to be delivered.

International scammers

I placed an order and never received the product, no tracking number, no proof of shipment - nothing. They keep replying with the same generic messages saying the order will be shipped “today”, but nothing ever happens.

It is obvious that their entire “customer support” is just ChatGPT-generated responses. They don’t even bother to hide it:
no real signatures, no company details, no accountability, no actual actions.

There is zero intention to deliver any product. They simply collect money and stall customers with automated replies until people give up.

I have requested a refund multiple times - no refund processed, no resolution.

It is shocking that Shopify and other platforms allow such merchants to operate.
Avoid this company completely. Do not order anything from them.

International scammers.

Scam site: stay away and report to Shopify!

Scam site: I placed an order 3 weeks ago and never received a tracking number despite the shipping policy stating the order would be processed in a couple of working days. Came to Trustpilot and realised I just lost the money.

If you have a shopify account, you should be able to report the merchant (try "shopify report merchant" and then select "fraud") and at least try to get the website down. For the money, I will ask my bank for a chargeback.

SCAM SITE

I placed an order over two months ago and never received anything.
Despite sending multiple emails, the company never responded and provided no valid tracking information. My money was taken, but no product was delivered.
This website operates in a highly unprofessional manner and shows all the signs of a scam. Customer support is nonexistent, and there is no accountability.
I strongly warn other consumers to avoid this site. Do not trust it with your money.

12 days after my first order

12 days after my first order, failed promises of delivery on numerous occasions via email. You can’t phone call them as well. Utterly unacceptable customer service from this company.

This is an insta scam - DO NOT BUY

This is an insta scam. They act like they’re a French clothing brand but it’s really cheap clothes from china. They took weeks to ship, and when I cancelled my order they stopped communicating. I had to fight them with a chargeback.

Illegal, but as a lawyer, I can help

Terrible experience - but i can help UK-based customers.

Their return policy is demonstrably illegal under UK consumer law.

Firstly, they claim all items are “made to order” and therefore not returnable unless wrong, missing, or damaged.

However, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - regulation 28(1)(b) states this only applies for goods made to specific specifications or clearly personalised.

As the shirts are sold in standard sizes (S, M, L, XL) this means they are not truly bespoke or personalised. In the eyes of the law, they are effectively ready-made items.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states anyone buying goods online or at a distance has the right to cancel and return them within 14 days, even if they simply change their mind.

This right cannot be removed by a company unless the item is genuinely personalised to the buyer. Limiting returns for standard-size shirts contradicts UK law.

UK law also protects consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

If you wish to return for sizing or quality reasons and point this out to your bank, you’ll likely get chargeback. Sadly, pointing it out to the company gets you nowhere.

Still Waiting

Ordered a T shirt nearly three weeks ago and nothing received and they cannot tell me when my t shirt will arrive. Are these guys twinned with Litfad?

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Why did I not check this website before ordering?? The quality is the cheapest, worst fabric and the print is faded. Would not pay $10 for this let alone $50!! Ships straight from China. Stay away.

If only I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I placed an order with Amélie Charme that arrived late, and when it finally came, the items were extremely poor quality — inconsistent sizing, cheap fabric, and prints already faded. I requested a return well within the legal 14-day window, but the company flatly refused.

At the time I purchased, their own policy clearly stated:

“We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.”
“European Union 14-day cooling off period – you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.”

Despite this, they told me they “only accept returns for damaged items,” which is not only false but also illegal under UK/EU consumer law. Their website return policy now appears to have been quietly changed to try remove those rights altogether — after my order.

This is not just bad service, it’s misleading.

⚠️ Caution: Do not purchase anything from this scam of a company. They ignore their own policies, deny your legal rights, and sell very poor-quality products.
