worst app ever, very complicated to unsubscribe.

I canceled a couple months ago online, the same way I signed up for it. It showed subscription as canceled. I logged in last week prior to renewal to reconfirm, it still showed canceled and said I would not be charged. Today I see a pending charge on my cc and my subscription says active!! And there is no way to remove your cc from their site!! Update contacted them and they refunded me butthis still should never have happened. Also I don't think there is a very good variety.

Before you sign up for AMC Plus just know that they advertise full and unlimited access to Shudder and Sundance, This is an absolute lie and in reality they just take a few little random shutter movies and movies from Sundance and sprinkle them in AMC and call that full access. Basically you're getting full access to AMC's little collection of shutter movies that's all it is. I spoke with them through email and of course they tried to bedazzle me with their little words saying that they clearly specified their intentions but just look at the ads then ask them what you really get.

Horrible interface, unpleasant to use, and worst of all, showed me that my membership was cancelled but kept attempting to charge me and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Contacted support for help but they never responded and eventually charged me anyway, and then had to cancel AGAIN.

Can't actually watch any shows. Two different smart tvs, a samsung and a sony. Every show i try to watch plays for a couple minutes then crashes back the main menu. FAQ says flush my buffer, clear the caches of all of my apps and try again. Then is plays for like 10 minutes before crashing. All other apps run fine. If they can't handle it, then I'll take my money and time and invest them somewhere where their appreciated.

I was a customer of AMC+ for two years. Happy with their service until I tried to unsubscribe. I followed their instructions and unsubscribed a month before my subscription was to renew. My credit card was charged despite my efforts to unsubscribe. I had to call and send emails and I still don't know if they will actually refund my money. Unscrupulous and desperate company if this is their business plan. Don't do business with them!

It has a good selection, however the site itself is lacking. My first issue is that unlike nearly every other streaming site, AMC+ still does not offer a PlayStation app. Because of this, if I want to watch anything on the tv, I have to use the site and plug in my computer.
That itself would to be a huge deal, but the computer site seems to have some bugs. Half the time, when an ad comes on, it completely blacks out the screen, and until I hit the 15 second rewind button, it stays black.
If I'm watching a movie or show, I would prefer to actually be able to sit back and relax to enjoy it, and not have to get up every 10 minutes to fix the streaming site that I'm paying a monthly fee to use.

Good luck trying to cancel your service !!! Do not trust AMC+ !!! I only wish I could give a negative star review. Worst dishonest shady scum app ever. Lying, deceitful, scam, trash service. Took hours of frustration, trying to cancel service. Website glitches, said I had confirmation of cancellation then never sent email confirmation and continued to charge me. Tried to chat, got their bot service that was useless, just like their service. I cancelled again and again got no email confirmation. I wish the worst for the low life disgusting lying thieves that make up AMC+. They are a curse on Scam artists. AMC+ sux unlimited A$$ !!!

I like the movie and TV show selection. The main issue for me is the sound. The movie/TV show is at normal volume. The commercials are obnoxiously loud.

I don’t know if this is intentional to get you to pay more for commercial free or just a glitch.

There is a ridiculous number of commercials, and, worse than that, the commercials come in in the middle of dramatic reveals or highly emotional moments totally destroying the scene. I will never sign up for this service again.

It's bad enough that they break for a commercial every 10 minutes. But to add to the irritation is the same damn commercial!!!! Do advertising executives think that makes anyone want to buy what they are advertising?

I'm only on a 7-Day free trial and I already want to cancel it. I saved movies on the app on my phone, they didn't transfer to the TV 😐 then I find out that you can't rate movies so they don't keep suggesting the same ones 🤦 then I tried the chat box I know big mistake to see if they have some idea when they're going to make their app on TV and on the phone up to par to everyone else's. Smh😑 you can't use talk to text on their chat box, are you serious. Sadly there are a few shows I'd like to keep up with but I don't know if I want to pay to have to go through the headache have enough of those these days anyway.

Ad free not only contains ads for other shows but have fast forward disable. Dumped it the first day.

The video player fades a lot hard to finish and restart unfinished episodes great content though not really worth my money and time

False advertisement. I decided to opt in for the ad free trial period for a higher cost per month. So far 2 movies I have watched has a statement in the beginning that says "Due to streaming rights, the following will run with limited interruptions" . I don't consider that an "ad free" subscription!

Terrible app. The only streaming app that doesn't even work to stream. Literally crashes anytime time there's and ad and tries to start the next episode even if I only got three minutes into the episode im trying to see. Absolutely useless. Watching a single episode requires me to disconnect and reconnect like 6 times. Charging money oney for this app is a crime. Customer service only tells me to troubleshoot but there are dozens of users complaining if the same bugs. Just fix it already

The app doesn't work. It just freezes constantly and it never works. I'm wasting my money.

Dreadful old horror movies. Rubbish interviews in between scenes. I got it for witches Sanctuary. Not worth $30.

Garbage app I will not pay for anymore. I would rather watch their shows via free sites...always sneaking their ads in front of EVEY episode you watch
