I am very disappointed with my experience with Amazon Fresh. My order was not delivered at the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is that the delivery was not completed even on the same day.

I contacted customer care and informed them about the issue, but there was no proper resolution or follow-up. Despite raising the concern, the order was still not delivered as promised.

This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on timely delivery for essential items. I hope Amazon Fresh takes this feedback seriously and improves its delivery reliability and customer support.

Amazon Grocery simply sucks. Use Kroger or just go to the store yourself because that the ONLY way you will get what you want. The Ai coustomer service is an absolute joke.

Horrible , tratan fatal al cliente te mandan la compra en mal estado rota con líquido en las bolsas y la repartidora al menos rubia , con gafas algo fuerte que trabajo el pasado 02 de abril en Fuenlabrada es la peor profesional jamás nunca visto dejándome las bolsas llenas de leche mojadas en mal estado en la puerta de mi casa ! Fui a consumo ! No compren jamás allí horrible

Tonight, I was going to shop at Whole Foods, not Fresh, when I asked Brave a question and landed on Trustpilot. So, I've been reading many Reviews,2025 into 2026 from UK and US. I wish that I could write that I feel fortunate not to have had any of the poor and worse experiences others have had with Amz Fresh. Unfortunately, I have experienced every single situation written in those reviews.
And, yes, I too get passed around CS, sometimes wasting hours depending upon the $$s and the severity of the problem. In addition to being asked to jump through multiple hoops for a possible refund/replacement, I'm made to feel like a liar or thief. As a disabled, solo-senior, it's really disheartening to eventually just give up, lose the funds, and go without, again. The end result is not only persistent hunger but the loneliness of being led to believe that "There must be something about me that has given Amazon CS staff reason to consistently treat me like this. Or, I simply don't matter" Thanks to all Reviewers for taking the time to honestly Review, which lets me know that it's not me.

Delivery partner is totally waste to waste to deliver...and also customer care service representative to call back to tell problems facing from amozan delivery partner

I've had two orders in a row where about half the items were just not delivered, even though Amazon reports the items as "available." The poor delivery itself makes the service as a whole, not worth the cost. Sure the items are cheap, but you're not going to get about half of them. Cut your losses and shop elsewhere.

Ayer por la tarde nos llegó un pedido con dos bolsas con productos dañados.
Una compra superior a 200 euros y sin ningún tipo de aviso de los repartidores
Productos chafados y rotos..por dentro las bolsas llenas de detergente líquido y K7, paquetes de carne abierta y todo mezclado en las dos bolsas y para rematar todo el suelo manchado de líquido, un completo desastre.
Llevo Dos días intentando contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente y no hay manera. Hoy por fin he contactado por chat y como no hice fotos no me devuelven el dinero una vergüenza.
No pienso comprar más se acabo.

I order groceries as I do every week. This is about the delivery driver. It shows on their phone the address. The driver delivered my groceries to the neighbor 2 doors down and then proceed to take picture of the address which was not mine. What kind of nonsense is that?

Muy mala experiencia, he puesto 3 reclamaciones porque no te entran la compra a la cocina aunque seas minusvalída te la dejan en la puerta, siempre dicen que no volverá a pasar y siempre pasa porque es su política, asi que seguiré comprando online en cualquier supermercado que todos me lo dejan en la cocina, amazon fresh no, aunque estes enferma con minusvalía, que poca ética y falta de empatia y compasión, no me parece ni medio normal.... peor imposible

Third time ordering from fresh and this time it didn’t come. What a joke took three days to get my money back. All food left location with driver and was returned back to starting point within 6 minutes. I was supposed to be third delivery from 10 to 3 time frame.

I 've been using Amazon Fresh for some time,but every week,when you want to put an item in their site it is either is gone or is sold.They can't keep up with the public wanting to buy their products in the stores
And their customer service reps are rude,not all of them.
When I have to call them ,like today on February 5, Thursday .I had to be verified of my account ,not just once with the male voice ,when you call,you have to do it also ,with the customer service personal.
And then it has to go through an approval page But,I spent almost all day just trying to get my order DELIVERED.
And they couldn't find it because I didn't have the order number,but I found it and wrote it down And now,I had to reschedule my delivery for the next day
And I got another order number just for that.
And,when I called the driver TAVALA ,THEY DIDN'T RESPOND AND THE SERVICE REP EVEN CALLED AND NO ANSWER.!!
AND THEY COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER AND WE SPENT $203.73 ,ON THIS ORDER AND THEY HAVE NO ANSWERS AS TO WHY !!!
I CAN SEE WHY ALL THE AMAZON FRESH STORES ARE CLOSING,BAD SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND ITS ALSO ,FALLS ON THE OWNER OF AMAZON! BAD REPUTATION !!!!

Amazon Fresh son unos ladrones !!! Hice un pedido que jamás me trajeron y por la app no se puede reclamar ! Tuve que hacer un segundo pedido para saber cómo podía reclamar , me dijo el chico que fuera a su nave a paterna y allí un encargado me dice que fuera un empleado que trabajo pero ya se fue y que ellos no se hacen cargo ! Alucino con esa dejadez y falta de respeto hacia un cliente, perdí 80 euros en una compra

Since it snowed heavily, LAST WEEK, NO Amazon Fresh will even attempt to deliver a thing! We pay for this service monthly, yet we are GETTING NOTHING FOR OUR MONEY - IT'S CALLED THEFT!!! Every single item in my Fresh cart is suddenly "OUT OF STOCK"!! They're worthless, lazy and down right criminal thieves! Won't screenshots? I got them all!

Tengo una queja sobre las entregas de pedidos de los supermercados de Amazon y es que tengo movilidad reducida y no puedo agacharme a recoger las bolsas que dejan en la entrada. ¿Por qué no puede el repartidor dejarme las bolsas en las encimeras de la cocina? I ordered bananas from Amazon Fresh which were delivered this morning rotten. This is my 3rd time. The first 2 times were great, but not today’s delivery. This is my last produce order.

Thwy took our order before bad weather that day wather was good. And if they were not able to deliver they should not have to take orders. We were waitimg on them and they cancelled on their side. If we do know we can buy the stuff on good weather day thwy messed up and for future thwy should not take any order before any bad weather is coing hitting there.people who are waiting for supplies at least they will do themselfs something ,will not trust on them.they messed up with our bad weather supply order and we have nothing becoz we were waiting on them now i have to go and buy outside in bad emergenxy weather..

I have been using Amazon Fresh for years, and the service has been going downhill. You now make me pay extra for it, but the service is worse. Now that my food is delivered from a place on 40th Street in West Philadelphia, it arrives damaged and, at times, spoiled. Today I got 18 eggs delivered and 12 of them were damaged and spilled all over my table and floor.
