I returned the products, they received them on the 10th, and I've sent them emails but they haven't replied. Be very careful.

They offer alot of part with various manufacturers from oem brands to mid end to even remanufactured. I have spent alot of money and only 1 thing was wrong and it was half my fault. You need to be careful and match part numbers. I highly recommend them because due to them being in the eu shipping is relatively cheap and no import taxes. The customer support is pretty good although I haven't really need it alot yet but the twice I needed it I got help almost instantly.

I rebuilt my VW 2.0 TSI engine and ordered a large batch of parts from Alvadi, expecting the higher‑quality brands they advertised to justify choosing them over local suppliers. Instead, the entire experience has been a headache.
After paying $530 for express shipping, the order still arrived 5 days late. When I opened the timing chain kit, I was shocked to find the balancer gear was clearly secondhand, tossed loosely into a half‑opened box. It didn’t stop there—two of the chain guides didn’t even fit, with the bolt‑hole spacing noticeably shorter than the original parts. This was after they confirmed fitment using my VIN.
Trying to get support was another ordeal. It took multiple attempts just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it was nothing but excuses. After a long back‑and‑forth, they eventually promised to replace the used and incorrect parts with the new ones I had paid for. That was over a month ago, and I still haven’t received anything—not the parts, not an update, not even a courtesy reply.
Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing: late shipping, used parts sold as new, incorrect components despite VIN confirmation, and customer service that disappears once they’ve taken your money. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them based on what I’ve gone through.

Ho acquistato un ricambio il 10 dicembre pagando 25 euro per riceverlo il 14 dicembre. Oggi è il 16 e ancora non è stato consegnato. Il servizio assistenza di Alvadi mi ha risposto che non ci possono fare nulla e che devo contattare io FedEX. Su Autodoc avrei risparmiato almeno sul prezzo del ricambio.

I ordered a spare part from the company ALVADI, which initially failed to execute the order and did not refund my money in due time.
Despite numerous contacts on my part, I kept receiving promises that “the refund invoice will be sent tomorrow,” without any real action.
Ultimately, only after I informed them that I would proceed with a complaint and initiate a chargeback through my bank did the refund take place.
I believe the company should improve its customer service and refund processes so that customers do not have to resort to extreme measures.
Nonetheless, the issue was resolved and I did receive my money.

Ordered parts 3 months ago the tail little was incorrect even though they had my vin number and the bumper I ordered turned up damaged.
Still waiting for a refund for the bumper after 3 months and most probably around 30 emails asking them what they are going to do.
They told me to send the light back at my expense.
So I have said I will keep the light but still haven’t got my refund for the bumper all I get is excuses

These people are disgraceful, I purchased a new starter motor to suit a W126 Mercedes Benz. I waited months for the motor to arrive when the promise was 4 days. The motor that arrived was wrong! I complained and so I returned it and brought the correct one locally. I was promised a credit. After waiting 3 months again the motor was returned to me today because Alvadi refused to accept it! It couldn’t be delivered to the address that was given me! Do not provide these people with your custom! They have no sense of self respect

A month or more ago I ordered a part for the car's air system, paid for express delivery within 5 days. The product arrived after a month or more and I was promised an original part (it cost me a lot of money) but a fake part arrived (Chinese). The part is damaged and does not work. In short, "do not approach" this company, a company of scammers and swindlers. You have been warned!!

I do not recommend ordering from this site. In my case, the product was in stock and I was supposed to receive it in 3-5 days after payment, but 3 weeks have passed and I still have not received the order. Instead, I receive a text message every day that my product is delayed and will be delivered tomorrow.

I have an old Honda Stream. I tried to get 2 shock absorbers from anywhere in the world, including Japan where the car was manufactured, but with no luck. I found ALVADI.EE and ordered these parts. I got the parts from ALVADI.EE within 4 weeks (since I leave in a different continent). The communication with ALVADI was excellent. The parts were perfect for my car. The prices were very fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend buying from ALVADI.EE.

Giving Alvadi 1 star is over generous.
I had searched extensively for a part for my Mercedes and stumbled across Alvadi. They said they could supply the part and I parted with payment( not a small sum!). Four weeks later I was told it was out of stock. They sent me a credit note which indicated the refund would be made at the end of the month. But nothing. No refund was given despite their promised 14 day money-back-guarantee

I booked an order with several parts an a total of 200 EUR. I received order confirmation 02.07.2023. Was noted for planned departure 05.07.2023 and planned delivery 11.07.2023.
It is currently 18.07.2023 and the order tracking is not updated. I have tried calling 3 times no response. And written two emails. Zero response.

I am still waiting for all my items, and they have received their payment for it.

We travel with a Mercedes Benz Vario truck in Africa.
While in Kenya we had to purchase a number of truck parts that were not found in Kenya.
We purchased the parts on ALVADI.EE website with a lot of apprehension because there is almost no information/review about them on the web.
To our satisfaction, the company met the shipping terms and the schedule they recorded. Although one of the parts we ordered was missing. It turned out to be their mistake and they acquitted us for the missing part.
We definitely recommend the company but you should be in touch with them to make sure that indeed all the ordered parts are in the delivery because the delivery part is very very expensive.
