Partsouq is a God sent service and I would highly recommend you consider using them for sourcing parts. Here is some advise to elevate your experience with Partsouq-
1. Confirming part numbers- Sometimes, manufacturers update part numbers, and this may not reflect in Partsouq, you should do your part and check with the manufacturer on fitment.
2.Check on availability- Due diligence helps.
3.Customs- Their invoices are totaled meaning shipping costs get clubbed with value of goods. If you're in a country with customs and duty, be prepared. Customs will use the full amount and not the value of goods.
4. Be nice to support, they're mostly helpful, and I think the guy i was talking to is based in europe so there is a timing issue.
5.Based in the middle east and I got bent with customs but they still provided amazing savings on the part I bought. It still ended up being cheaper than the dealer.

I've always had wonderful experiences with PartSouq but on this occassion it is for a part I've been looking for my 2006 Nissan Frontier and couldn't seem to find it anywhere for over a year, even PartSouq was out of stock. To my surprised, it came back in stock and really is a game changer. I'm waiting on it to arrive but PartSouq shipped it out almost immediately. I should have it by tomorrow and i'm most impressed with the quality of service delivered.

Always have the products I request in great condition. The delivery is fast and efficient.

Additional charges to Canada make the purchase not worth it. For spark plugs totalling 83.00, I ended up getting charged an additional 32 dollars.

Whole point of using them in the first place was the price was cheaper than a dealer for these dealer only plugs.

Turns out the dealer became cheaper. Had I known what that fee would be, I would have never purchased from here.

Most part websites disclose this fee and how much it can potentially be on parts (RA for example does this), but I will never use these guys again because I believe this is a tactic they use to make it appear cheaper than it really is.

Lets just hope these parts are genuine when they arrive.

Les prix semblent alléchants mais à aucun moment il ne vous est indiqué clairement que vous allez avoir à payer 22 euros de droits de douane pour une pièce à 26 euros, certains sites sont beaucoup plus honnêtes sur ce que vous allez payer réellement et n'essaient pas de fausser la concurrence en indiquant des prix qui ne correspondent en rien à ce que vous allez avoir à payer. Mon premier et dernier achat chez eux.

From Perth Western Australia. I buy at least weekly from Partsouq and have done for many years now . Compared to buying locally and interstate the service is remarkable. Communication is so fast , in steps of the process. 3 to 5 days whatever I order will arrive . Yep from Dubai to Perth ! Everytime . Always genuine parts, always correct , always packaged properly. Inc freight most times the pricing is way better than here . Very impressed.

I absolutely love Partsouq! I can always count on them to receive genuine car parts and parts that last. It's very convenient to plug in my chassis number and get everything about my car since my Altezza is a 2001 mode it's sometimes hard to get parts in my region (Caribbean) Partsouq makes it easy to get what I need. Plus, I receive my orders quickly. Their customer service is fantastic too. Absolutely a 10/10 — highly recommended!

That additional shipping fees is overwhelming

The part was reasonable priced, but they did not clearly disclose that there was a tarrif that would be billed a few days later by FedEx. My part was $21.20 and the tariff billed by FedEx was $10.80. The local dealer was only $28. Be sure you check before you click pay.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande chez PartSouq, et vraiment bien, livraison dans les temps impartis avec des prix corrects et moins chers qu'en France, et ce malgré les frais de douane, mais surtout quand les pièces sont introuvables j'arrive à les trouver chez PartSouq et bien sûr grâce au schéma qui nous est accessible.

Sie reden sich über alles herum. Das Geld werde ich wohl nie wiedersehen. Bin echt enttäuscht. Seit knapp 3 Monaten bin ich dem hinterher und langsam habe ich keine kraft mehr. Das Geld ist wohl weg und ich wurde betrogen. Ich wünschte wenigstens mein Geld zurück und Ehrlichkeit von der Firma das sie ein Fehler gemacht haben. Aber scheint alles nichts zu bewirken.
