Customer service was fast and prompt fixing an issue I had with an order.

Had couple of bad batches of vapes they replaced quickly. Sam was quick to respond and very helpful. Give this person a raise!

Seems like i got scammed and will have to file a dispute with my card company. They claim my order was lost by usps and to "give them time" to see whats going on. We'll see, but based on these sketchy looking recent reviews I wont get my hopes up. I will delete/change this review if somehow i get my order.

Very Fast Shipping and Very Fast customer service. I needed to add an item after I ordered, contacted Customer service and received a response super-fast. Other companies take a week or two for delivery. Mine came in two days.

I am leaving this review to give Sam and Alternative Pods a HUGE shoutout. I ordered a nic juice and honestly didnt pay attention and got a juice that was 0mg and i wanted nicotine. I was sad at this mistake because it caused me to have to wait to do another juice order since dont get to big towns often. So i reached out and told them if would help me with MY mistake and low and behold They DID and gave me a refund instantly and that blowed me away. I will forever be a Alternative Pods customer for life. Thanks again Sam!!

This was my first purchase with alternative Pods, When I received my vapes, they were burnt and did not work. Once I contacted customer service, they immediately rectified the situation and sent me new functioning vapes. Not only did they send me new vapes, but because I only like one flavor, they sent me vapes that cost more than the ones I purchased. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, they take care of their customers 100%! Thank you for making my experience so great!
