This is the best company I have ever ordered from for my vapes. I recently made an order and received a non-working vape. They were very quick and prompt with their response. Very pleased. To be very honest I thought I was getting scammed at first. My purchase status stated my package was to be delivered on a specific date and then the next day status changed that UPS did not recieve the package. I was nervous and reached out to Sam and he said that he would make things right, I was still hesitant and gave him a few days, in which he figured out the issue and rushed my order to me. He promised and delivered! I respect a company that can own up to a mistake and fix it. I'm very pleased I've purchased a few times with them and will keep ordering from them. I've been a long time customer and have referred several friends & acquaintances to this online shop. They seriously have the most wonderful customer service reps, ever. I have tried most every online vape store for mods, juice, coils and other vaping accessories. For the past 2 years, I have been exclusively using disposables, 0% nicotine free. 0% nicotine/zero nic salt is extremely difficult to find.
